I ordered through Petsmart who apparently uses DoorDash and they guy didn't bring half my order. I paid him a $10 tip to come 5 minutes and he said or rather motioned he would go get it and bring it back but of course didn't. He could not read, write, or speak English which is why he didn't go to the cooler for the 2nd half of order like the paper said.I had to go get it which defeats the whole purpose of delivery. I don't have a problem with foreigners but I do have a problem with Doordash hiring people who can't do the job. I'm great with equal opportunity but the customer is the one who suffers. This is the 3rd time I've had this issue with Doordash and will never again use them or order through any business that does.

When I've ordered in the past, more times than not there's been something missing. I haven't ordered in a long time because of this. I tried to give it another shot today, but right away it happened AGAIN! If DD policy was that your drivers should check the orders BEFORE the businesses seal the bags, instead of just blindly accepting that the receipt reflects accuracy, you wouldn't have so many complaints. I'm not going to use DD again. This is a sham!

Placed an order on DoorDash for a burrito bowl, queso and chips, and tacos. Received a quesadilla and queso. Attempted to get a refund through the app. within 5 minutes of placing the request I got a refund rejection. They provided no details beyond "this isn't eligible for compensation" Called, and got told my "history" of problems with orders makes me ineligible for a refund, despite receiving literally someone else's food. App will only sometimes offer a credit or refund when orders take over an hour to be "on the way". Then the delivery person makes multiple stops before going to you. Pick a different service, or pick up your food yourself until Doordash gets its act together.

Don't ever place an order from BJ's & have Door Dash deliver! I canceled an order that I placed from BJ's with Door Dash. They gave me a reference # & swore it was canceled. No, it wasn't! They delivered it anyway! To make matters worse I had placed an second order to correct the previous order & they delivered that one too! So here I am with way too much stuff. Door Dash told me we can't help you, you'll have to call BJ's. Door Dash are the ones that messed up! Big mess! Don't trust them, they lie & then trying to cover up. Oh & when I spoke with the manager @ Door Dash, he talked over me & hung up on me. Very unprofessional! Stay away from these people unless you want to receive extremely poor service. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Drivers apparently cant read or follow directions. Customer service, when you can get hold of them ( even tried the escalating line) appears to be racist and hangs up. Filed with BBB

The Dasher delivered to house a couple of blocks away, claimed her GPS wouldn’t stop at wrong house and rude when called, street name wrong, address wrong. Photo was obviously not my house. Door Dash customer service wouldn’t reorder from store or give refund. And no follow up call from store or Door Dash!

I ordered Dinner fro Rotisserie Texas chicken. I ordered it threw door dash. The paper receipt came to $14.65. but my Amex was charged $23.03. All of the supposed discounts were on the paper receipt. Called Door Dash and was told that i got the discount at the store but Door Dash added their own charges. I could have called the store and had it delivered. It would have been cheaper.. Will never use them again

Y'all will not have this member as a repeat customer!! I paid my subscription and had many problems. They've told me they will not reimburse me the remainder of my subscription even though I've had repeated problems. Hope people considering your service reads this.

Delivery from the Cheesecake Factory, Peoria, March 20, 2026 - dinner: After many good experiences both on-site and with delivery from this location, last night's experience was anything but. Quesadilla orders arrived A-OK, but not the rest unfortunately. The Shepherd's Pie was not sealed and gravy was all over the bag and soaked into the bread which was in separate paper bags. The Truffle-honey chicken was good but the butter container inside was empty as it had spilled throughout the food in that container. This is the first negative for this site ...either the food was not properly sealed at the source, or the delivery was rough, or a combination of both. In this case I would say the delivery was anything but gentle. This was an expensive experience and our anniversary to boot. Not pleased. Ref: Table 998 CK# 626. Have a wonderful day, Wayne

We are shocked at the experience we received today. Our driver kept leaving the restaurant to deliver other orders and by the time he got to ours, the store closed and he changed the driver. The next driver ended up waiting there, we could see his location so we messaged him and he said the restaurant closed. Basically, he was not going to let us know until we contacted him. The time of delivery kept changing. To make it even worse, we contacted customer support and they did not want to do anything about it. They finally agreed to a refund but said that they could not do anything further. This company should not be in business. The driver keeps the tip and we do not get that back either. We are so frustrated.

Ordered ice cream at 6:40pm. Received multiple delay notifications. Current eta is 7:56pm. My ice cream will be milk. There was no ability to cancel the reservation without being charged. I could have gotten in my car and driven 10 minutes to the oberwies and had the ice cream in my home and enjoying it within a half hour. There is no convenience benefit using door dash in this case. I’m still sitting here craving my ice cream which I had planned to enjoy while watching a movie. Very bad look for door dash.

Have multiple problems since they corner the market and even with hour long delays they won't do anything about it. I order through store web and get stuck with them. Last order had mandatory tip plus 12$ in fees for them. They need to be shut down!
