You replying to my review a year later. You installed motor mounts and two new converters supplied by you! I bought absolutely nothing off Amazon so where you got that info is quite funny. The bottom converter was not properly installed which caused it to break again and when I came back you replaced it with a new one because the owner stated it was installed by some who was no longer with your company due to not properly installing parts and then tried to find a new issue caused from the broken converter. Then tried to charge another 1300 after already spending 2400 with you all.

You are correct... you never repaired your motor mounts which caused the converter to brake in the first place.. we defected out the converter for you the second time...we told you numerous times it would break again if mounts were not replaced... 3rd time is on you.

Fantastic experience at Don’s Garage! They were able to fit me in the schedule quickly, the staff was so friendly and helpful, I didn’t feel like I was ever being tricked to pay for something I didn’t need, they fixed the issue with my car, were very communicative in providing updates, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back next time I have a need. Five star service!

Unacceptable. I came in to Dons Garage because I was hoping I could rely on experts to help figure out whats wrong with my car. They claimed it was the catalytic converter. I went ahead bought the part & paid them for labor. $1,000 later I picked up the car, it still sounded the same very loud & noisy as if the muffler was removed. I came back to the shop & explained this & asked if they could look at it again. One of the mechanics mentioned it wasnt the converter it was the wheel bearings. I had decided to have a different shop look at it. They said the same the wheel bearings were in very bad shape. I had the other shop replace them the car ran like new. I asked the people at Dons for my $ back because they improperly diagnosed the wrong part. The man was very rude & told me he won't even print out a receipt after paying all this $ to something that wasnt even wrong with the car! Will not return! Taking them to court now! Unprofessional.

Customer provided their own parts. We offer no warranty on customer provided parts...( She was sent here from another shop) customers original complaint was due to broken exhaust upon initial contact. She was only charged for installation of her provided part from amazon which was a poor fit... We never drove her car until the 3rd time she came to the shop another issue all together. We have been here for 30 years and take pride in helping our customers.

I had an emergency on the highway while on a roadtrip but my car was still drivable. I called about 8 shops in the area. Don was recommended by another shop and was the first one to tell me to come in even though it was 3pm on Friday. Don and Nestor found and repaired the issue and within 2 hours I was back on the road. All star team with fair pricing. Car: 2016 Mercedes AMG GTS. Issue: Rear brake was overheating and causing the caliper to fail. Fix: Nestor removed the caliper and found that past shop improperly installed the pads.

Came into the shop, not knowing what’s gonna happen concerned and worried but to be honest, they made me feel safe right as I came in they were honest they were able to take care of me the same day, which was amazing. I was expecting to be without the vehicle for a few days Overall, I think their customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much Wes and Randall for all your help. Tales of provided me a ride back-and-forth home so I wouldn’t have to pay for an Uber. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much guys!

Amazing people!! My husband took our Silverado in and told them what happened with the trainy. They knew instantly what the cause was. They are very knowledgeable. I feel like they make you feel like a family. They are definitely keepers and here we are 2 weeks since the repair and the truck is running smoother than from when we originally purchased.

It is extremely rude to talk down to your customer but the young people you have at your front desk are extremely rude and don't know how to properly communicate issues to your customers and I for one will not give you anymore business and I will inform everyone i know how your staff treated and spoke to me. Disrespect will not be tolerated and any military vet and decent person stay away and find another shop who respects you and your business. You need a new responsible front desk staff and teach them how to speak and interact with customers!!!!! This is a major issue that I see not to mention not doing the job right the first time and wasting time on return issues. Bye you have loss my business thanks to your rude employees.

All this is due to customer installing wrong rims and oversized tires.. We did lift kit several months ago and offered a tire and rim package to accommodate his truck. We are a family run business and we close at 5pm to provide employees time with family. Showing up at 459 after saying you were going to show up for several days is very unfair to our shop and employees. Sorry you had one bad experience in over 10 years coming to our shop.

This auto repair business is excellent. The customer service is beyond the best. John, Nestor, and Matt provided quality service. My wife’s car was repaired ahead of schedule. Military veterans receive a discount here also. Wes the owner is down to earth and has an outstanding business. Please contact them if you are in need of auto repair. They are the best in the area. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this garage and will no longer be using them ourselves. We paid $1700 a year ago to have a new ac system installed, and one year later the compressor failed. It was still under warranty, but they wanted another almost $900 for the labor to replace it. After I called and spoke with them, they lowered it to $760, but I still feel this is not something the customer should be responsible for. Their customer service is also lacking, as they literally laughed on the phone with me and told me this is how a business is run, and parts aren't made like they used to be. So they don't stand behind the parts they install and are willing to lose business over it.

Our shop as with most shops is 90day labor and 1 to 2 years on parts. It is unfortunate to get a bad review because of industry standards.. We have no control of parts failing and we went out of our way to assist you. No other shop is going to cover labor on a part that failed over a year ago.
