Wouldn't trust them to work on a Dolls House. Won't honour a guarantee. Made a complete mess of a French door installation, fitter smelt of booze at 10am when he arrived, the door he fitted would also prove that, crooked. Wish I had paid a bit more for a company who cares, not a bunch of liars

Garage door promised within 6 weeks. Now 8 weeks have past. 'Phone not answered, emails ignored. No communication at all. Are they still trading?? Update 8/03/2024 Spoken to Dean today. He advised us re the situation. Hopefully will get our garage door fitted very soon. Extra stars for letting us know.

Warmeroofs did a fantastic job replacing my conservatory roof. It's made a huge difference to the temperature in the kitchen and bedroom above it, hoping it will reflect in my gas bill! The roofers, plasterer and sales and office staff were lovely to deal with and helped make sure I was supported with moving bulky items. Would recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacing their conservatory roof.

From the moment Ben came down ( Sales Rep) we knew we had selected the correct company. From selecting the right material which matched in wiith current material perfectly plus the price quoted. What I did like was that their was no pressure thro-out the whole process, another plus for JA Home Improvements. Delivery was on time which suited us and everything completed in 2 days to an excellent standard. Which brings me on to Keiran who singlehanded the whole project on his own. From start to finish a throughly professional job, well done.

Absolutely shocking. Have 4 broken windows which we reported 12 months ago and still not fixed. Had the whole summer not being able to open my daughters bedroom windows which made the room very warm at night. Spoke to Dave the director and explain my concerns if there was a fire upstairs and unable to get out of windows - his response -“just break them it’s not that hard”. Finally had a man out last week to try and fix and now the bathroom window doesn’t even shut. Young children showering in the cold, it’s dangerous and costing us money as heat going straight out. Have not idea when they will be back!!! PlEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
