We are so disappointed with Disneyland Paris, last Sunday we were booking 3 tickets to come on the 1st June, as we were amending our booking the date picker defaulted to the next day (11th May) and we booked this in error.
We’ve done everything we can to try and contact someone to amend our booking and no one has come back to us. All we want to do is change the date to the correct date, it’s been very stressful trying to contact a member of staff.
I know it’s in France, but it would still be helpful if all the employees spoke English. When something gets said three times in French before they realize I might not understand it, it gets a bit frustrating. Or when the ride operators only announce the numbers in French, luckily I can count to ten.
Dancing with Deadpool was completely in French. Was he funny? Probably. Did I understand anything? No. At least he didn’t pick me to dance with him.
I understand that many children do not speak English, but the theater shows had a really good mix of English and French, so everyone could follow the context. So why not do that everywhere?
And I know the park was built in the 90s and a lot cannot really be changed now, but why were the classic characters neglected so much? In the main park you only really find rides for Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio, and Dumbo. That’s a shame.
Still, it was a beautiful and magical experience.
