We are sorry that the mattress on the double bed was not to your liking. The firmness of the mattress can be subjective, but we take every suggestion into account to improve our guests' comfort. Regarding the shower enclosure, we appreciate your feedback. Indeed, after the last maintenance, I forgot to install the lower seal of the shower box. Thanks to your valuable feedback, we have already taken care of this issue to ensure an even better experience for our future guests. We understand that for guests over eighty years old, the steps can be challenging. While a classic hotel might have an elevator, it lacks the charm and atmosphere of our historic Sicilian farmer's house. We strive to preserve this authenticity, even if it means we cannot install an elevator.
