Fantastic company. Having used Di-Log equipment for years now, a recent issue with a lead for my newly purchased DL9130EV MFT was swiftly sorted and replacement sent out under warranty no quibble whatsoever.
I shall be continuing using Di-Log going forward and highly recommend them. (Plus the quality of their kit is fantastic to boot!!!)
Very disappointing product customer service support
Once upon a time, their customer support was great. Unfortunately these days itโs totally the opposite from great customer support... this is just an example. We expressed our concern and requested to speak with someone in technical support regarding a product issue that had developed with our device, which had been causing us nothing but inconvenience. We were promised a call back on three occasions. After we chased them for an update, we did manage to speak with someone. cut a long story short. Unfortunately. it turned out to be a disappointing experience. They just basically palmed us off to deal with the product issue ourselves.
If they canโt support a loyal customer/end user with loyal support. Then Itโs time to move on to another brand.
What they need to remember. Providing excellent customer support will always cost less in the long run than providing poor support!

Great customer service and great equipment. I'm using MFT DL9118 since 2019 and didn't have one single problem. I'm sure that I will come back for more equipment in future for my company.

Great products and customer service. Called them today regarding a back light query on a 9118 and received fantastic customer service.
These test instruments are so user friendly and great quality I won't be buying any other make again. UK made as well ๐๐ฌ๐ง

Great customer service/product support. I recently needed a manual that wasn't available on the Di-Log web site, emailed them and they sent me a PDF right away. Excellent service. ๐
