I ordered product from Diamond Steel Roofing back in 2016 and installed it myself on my home in Colorado. Since then, we've seen fires, plenty of rain, some hail, and even installed some solar panels. Through all this, I still get compliments on my roof from passerbys who eventually ask me what it is and where I got it from. I also have roofing contractors looking for hail quotes frequently stop and gawk at how well its held up to our Colorado weather. Every contractor I've shown the roofing material to has been impressed with the quality of the shingles. Installation with this system is time consuming, but straightforward and the youtube videos put out by the owner of the company explain almost every aspect of installation. I have a complex roof (3 intersecting ridge lines and multiple feet of sidewall) and only needed clarification outside of the youtube videos for flashing one particularly unique area; which I received via phone from the owner of the company. After sales support has also been fantastic. I unfortunately needed to perform minor repairs the roof after a contractor accidentally scratched the original coating, but immediately had support from Diamond Steel Roofing in 2023 to help me select the correct paint and received instructions on how to 'skin' a shingle for deeper scratches. We used both methods for the repair and I'd be hard pressed to identify the areas that used either method from the ground. Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase and well worth the investment and time. I'd wholeheartedly suggest working with this company if you're looking at a metal roof in general. I'll see if I can add some pictures to this review at a later date, but I'm afraid to say my front yard right now doesn't look nearly as nice as the roof and I couldn't do it justice.
