Front lady has zero CS, Do not waste your time. No call backs, no time frame on equipment repair, & pretty sure they did an up charge on seals & labor. Only when we said we would pick up our equipment without the repairs being done is when a text came back they supposedly had it fixed.
We work hard to keep our customers satisfied, if you would like to speak with someone to resolve your issue, please give us a call. I tried looking you up in our system, but when I looked you up to see what you had in here getting repaired, you were not a customer in our system. Went in to purchase a Gravely zero turn. They needed to order an accessory I wanted but had everything else in stock. They got all my upgrades (suspension forks, suspension seat and tow hitch) installed and I picked it up the next weekend. Gave us a good walk through on everything about the mower. Only have one mow complete so far but the machine is stable and comfortable. I'm really happy with my new Gravely and the service I've gotten from Diamond R. A bit out of my way - but I'll gladly make the trip - it's well worth it.

I recently purchased a new LS MT342 tractor and implements from Diamond R Equipment, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. I currently have about 18 hours on the tractor, and it has performed exactly as expected. I had one minor issue, and the dealership resolved it immediately, getting me back to work with no hassle.
Chuck, my salesman, was great to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Bill, the delivery driver, was right on time, unloaded everything smoothly, and took the time to walk me through the tractor on my own property, which I really appreciated. Trisha was also fantastic—she helped with parts lookup and made sure I was back in business the same day.
It’s clear this team cares about their customers and stands behind what they sell. I would absolutely recommend buying from and working with Diamond R Equipment.

Ordered part online. Charged 10 bucks for shipping on a 9 dollar part. Came in was wrong. Sent back for refund and they refused to refund shipping on there screw up. Didn't even respond to me. Definitely not int do business again. This is why amazon is replacing small businesses.
