Very poor quality product, purchased a skirt , the length of the skirt was far too long, missing a button, contacted customer service, asked me to provide a long list of evidences, I done it once then asking me again, then provided second time of all evidences, and still said the evidence is insufficient, closed the dispute. do not buy anything from this platform.

I didn't receive all of my products. Also received a wrong color on one of them. I sent enough evidence, seller totally ignored me the whole time and dhgate closed dispute without refunding money. Do not shop here!

************! IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE RETURNS FOR FAULTY ITEMS - Ordered an item shipped from *****. It took 1 month for arrival. The watch I ordered didn't work properly. It wasn't keeping time accurately. Not even close. I contacted the seller to tell them it wasnt working right and inquired about a return. My account was mysteriously restricted withing 24 hours and I could not log back in. I contacted DHgate on their Faceboook page asking about the problem. They told me that for "security" purposes, they couldnt tell me why my account was restricted. This completely blocked my ability to create a return or communicate with the seller.I threatened a chargeback and to file a report and they agreed to open a case (that I have no access to BTW, since I cannot log in). They made me take photos of the item and told me to return it to some other address I had never seen at my cost. I did so. Then then said (after the fact) that they. needed a picture of the package with the tracking information on it. A copy of the receipt. I had all of this fortunately becuase I knew they were going to make it as difficult as possible. It has been over a week going back and forth with them and they continue to ask the same questions over and over again even though I have proveded it multiple times. After providing tracking and the order number more than 5 times, they still continue to ask for it. It has been over 1 week and still no resolution. They are just ignoring all of my messages at this point even though I have EVERYTHING documented and proof. I have provided more details than ANY other company has ever asked for with regards to return proof.

Purchased over USD $250 in items. Everything went straight into the bin. Cheap materials, products not as described and broken after one use. Deceptive scammers who go back and forth in loops resulting in you giving up. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing. Never again. Disgusting that they are permitted to operate.

I have been scammed by a chinese seller on DhGate.com. Ordered 180 plush 15 cm multii colored yoshis in November of 2024. It was noted in the advertisement on the site by the seller 10 colors. I ordered 18 sets of 10. It said package of toys *****cm. ****** and 3 days ago, I received 18 total 18cm plush yoshis all in light green. Have a claim open and seller is refusing and insisting color, size and amount ordered are what I ordered. Misleading. Going to my bank on 12/10/24 to open a fraud dispute for my money back. There is no way 18 small toys inclunding ship cost can cost ******. I went to ********* and sellers have the *** 15 and 18 cm yoshis for way less and free shipping. Stay away from DhGate

If I could write a zero I would if I knew where to report this freaking place I would do not buy from these China people they will rip you off upside down and sideways. They did this to me twice. The first time the bank finally got my money back the second time no they sent me an empty box That's what they do. You order something they'll send you an empty box and say it's been shipped and you received it and then you're out it's bait and switch and it's unlawful and it needs to be banned.

Im extremely disappointed with my experience on DHgate. After a long wait and delays, the machine I ordered arrived in terrible condition. It had significant external damage, potential internal issues, and broken packaging foam inside, creating a serious safety hazard. This machine is completely unsafe for use in my restaurant.When I requested a refund, the seller refused and insultingly offered to send screws instead. After escalating the matter to DHgate, I was only issued a partial refund, which feels completely unfair. I ended up paying $171.18 for garbage. They essentially stole my money. I purchased this machine expecting it to be functional, but its now unusable and effectively worthless. This has been a frustrating and infuriating experience.

Horrible company. I purchased an item that was not at all what was pictured. When I tried to return it, they wanted me to pay the shipping. I couldn't find anybody to talk to because the website is massively confusing and loops you back to places you've already been. My disdain for DHGate is immense. I truly hate this company and will NEVER buy anything from them again. Avoid them like the plague. Temu is much better.

Do not order do not bother worse site to use , I had to verify my payment details three times and they telling my card details don’t match how the hell do you verify Apple Pay it’s connected to my phone so it’s definitely me and it shows the last four digits of the card number which matches the card that it’s attached to from my account I showed every evidence you can think off and still going around in a circle like seriously worse System in place . Than they refunded me after telling me it’s all good to go. Wasted a whole week when I could of bought my wedding dress else where hassle free never again
