DHgate do not buy from this site! I ordered items on February 2,2024 and still waiting to receive them. My credit card was charged for the items already.

Seller basketball22888 sent me shoes that was seized by **** for counterfeit postage. After reaching out to dhgate and seller basketball22888 I finally got a response a month later from the seller saying they would ship me another order. Which they never did. Now they won't reply to my texts. Dhgate is impossible to reach. It's been months since I ordered. I've been begging them to send me my order. I've been scammed!

I bought a guitar that was never delivered. I escalated the situation after 4 months with DHGate that promised to return my money. Never happened. I feel this website is just a scam. Consumer beware of this nasty business!!

Absolutely terrible, have been waiting on my purse for 3 months. I have had multiple issues with the crappy and cheap items I have been sent. Can never get a hold of customer service and they do nothing. This place is a freaking scam

Purchased a bag on April 4, 2004, with other items, all were shipped but this one, contacted seller, told me and have all communication documented and photo copied, THEY DID NOT HAVE MY SHOES, I ORDERD A ***, RED EPI LV ***, told me factory was shut down and could not ship the bag I wanted, but wanted me to substitute something I did not want. I opened DISPUTE, saying wanted refund, NOT REPLACEMENT of something else I do not want. As soon as I opened the cancel, refund, dispute, seller provides a tracking number, miracoulsy the factory opened. Meanwhile I bought the same bag from another seller, that is reputable, as previous seller said she did not have that bag I ordered. Closed the dispute, and now they will be shipping me something I do not want. I went to my bank, they reversed charge and told me what to do when *************** says I received the bag. I am in legal department, and if I receive the bag I ordered fine, but if she could not get it, obviously I won't. The credit card company told me all of what to do and keep as proof I will not be getting the *** I ORDERED, I feel sorry for the good sellers on this site, and honest, as scammers like this one, give *************** a very bad reputation. The to procced when I receive something I did not order, and they will have to pay to return it. I hope I do get what I ordered from the bad seller, but not counting on it, I will get the one I ordered from the good seller. This site needs to be shut down for fraud, a 1 rating. We are a legal **** and *************** and that seller will NOT get away with this or keep the funds. Our credit card company knows all about them and their attempt at theft and fraud.

This truly is the worst site i have ever seen in 50 years! They are incompetent, lowlife, ignorant crooks and they all belong in jail! Its a good thing they are not in this country because if so the *** would shut the business down and lock up everyone from the secretary to the **** They truly are the worst online selling site you will ever use. I am not kidding, i have never seen a company do every single thing wrong that a company can do, but they do. They overcharge on shipping, which you dont know as a buyer until 2 months have passed and item either doesnt arrive or arrives after 2 months. Items should arrive in 2 weeks for what they charge for s/h. Then when item finally arrives its fake counterfeit garbage about 98% of the time. And finally and mist frustrating part, when you try to get refunded, its impossible. The worst part is they have no phone support, no email support, the live chat is useless because no one speaks english. And if you get lucky enough to send a message and get someone that speaks a little english, it doesnt matter anyway, because if you ask to return defective or fake item they do not accept returns at all for anything. they will offer a 10 dollar refund on a 50 dollar item that arrives counterfeit and useless, and thats if they ever respond at all. They are all crooks and have no clue how to do business. In fact hows this to explain how truly awful that company is, if someone gave me a gift card, i wouldnt use it, i would throw card in trash. Its not worth all the hassle and aggravation they put you through. I use to think people in ***** were intelligent, friendly, competent, good at doing business, fair, polite and hard workers. This company, while based in *****, must hire people from the local prison or insane asylum, or they have zero requirements and no training , other than how to scam buyers that visit their site. If you read my review and you STILL visit their site and you buy something...you only have yourself to blame.

Fraud on all ends. DHGate is facilitating a marketplace where the Chinese sellers can defraud the buyers out of there hard earned money. This website should be blocked anywhere in the world. Let them defraud there own people.
