Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible corporation. They do not respect their financial obligations even after issuing a credit note. These people are completely ignorant and very slow at responding. I would highly recommend to not get involved in any business relation with Dhatu Organics & Naturals.
These people have really tested our patience and are not returning our money even after issuing a credit note.
Dhatu is one of those gem restaurants, which you come across rarely. I was recommended because of their wide variety of dishes without onion & garlic and it is absolutely true. I visited with my brother and we had delicious Mysore chat of moong dal, mixed vegetables, palak paneer, ragi roti with pomegranate fresh juice. Also fresh lemongrass tea. Last but not least delicious coconut Kheer and ragi laddus as desert. Ragi Laddu is their signature desert which sells out during festivals. Manager Wati is one of those rare hosts who listens to your dietary requirements and get the food made exactly as expected and delicious. Thank you so much Wati and his team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, MUST VISIT.

Stale food, overpriced expensive, rude manager
In the last 2 days have had 2 terrible experiences with this place. This place runs an organic restaurant and grocery store but sells stale food, over priced grocery with no instructions. When you call with a complain, they do not take responsibility and instead blame the customer. 1) I ordered mushroom biryani and they served stale mushroom that gave me severe allergy (headache and itching eyes); fresh mushrooms do not give me any allergy. I have ordered from them on several occasions and I never had this reaction. When i called them, the manager immediately rejected the issue and said they NEVER serve stale food. 2nd matter - they sell 250gms millet idli mix for INR 250 and it does not have the price that is visible and with instructions on how to cook. I cook it like any standard idli mix but it takes over 30 minutes but here is the key- after eating I find that it did not have any salt or spices. For an expensive product you do not give any instructions? When i complained, they said they would look into the matter and asked for photos etc. Guess what? They never called back.
The ambience and service at this establishment were truly exceptional—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated, setting the tone for what I hoped would be a memorable dining experience.
However, the food fell short of expectations. I was recommended the Mushroom Biryani as one of their signature dishes, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. In hindsight, I wish I had opted for one of the other thoughtfully crafted millet-based offerings on the menu, which looked far more promising.
While the hospitality tempts me to return, the experience of leaving a nearly untouched dish behind makes me reconsider. A beautiful space with much potential—I only hope the food soon matches the calibre of the service. :)
