Tis company does NOT refund your money!! Size are extremely wrong! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT REFUND MONEY!!! Clothing does not look like the picture. Large looks like a medium. The clothing you get does not look like the picture. AND most important, the company does not refund your money. After you going back and forth with them, they refused to refund the $69. but did give me $39. That is all I could get. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The clothing comes from hong kong and that is why they wont refund your money. The shipping costs are too high.

Low quality and less than adequate customer service I purchased 2 dresses and a top. One of the dresses fit, the other one is too small, even though they are the same size. I contacted them about returning it and was told that they would rather just pay me $8.00 ($35 dress)because the return would be too expensive. I responded that I want to return for a full refund and they never responded.

Deuyo is advertised through ******** and purports to be a ladies clothing company where clothing is manufactured specifically in **************. They say they also have facilities in other parts of *** and ****** and **. I ordered clothing on 4/30/2024, dresses which cost $92.45 including a $15 shipping fee. The packaging clearly showed Asian characters on the original label. I did not receive it until 6/1/2024. I hung the dresses up and took a look at them and was not happy with their quality. The Deuyo website claims returns accepted within 30 days. I contacted their customer service (no phone number provided, email only). They offered me $28 and said to keep the items. I said no, please send form as per your website to start return. They then gave final offer of $35 and keep merchandise or return at your own cost for full refund. They then proceeded to give be an address (will provide exact if helpful) in ***** to return the package to at my own expense; not anywhere near the *** where they claim to make the garments. I did contact my credit card company to file a refund as I have no interest in spending more money in this endeavor especially when was clear they didnt really want the items returned. It appears they are now operating under a different name but are avoiding telling people where they operate from.

I think Deuyo is a complete scam. Why? I spent $332.00 on stuff from them three months ago and have not received them. I emailed them about 3 weeks after I ordered and they told me I should receive a tracking number soon. Another week later, I tried emailing them, but the email never went through. So, I contacted the customer help link online and I could not believe it! The help line requested a $1 and your credit card number to get help from anybody! Ugh! I was not happy at all. After that, no matter what I did, there was no one I could talk to about my order. Did I mention I spent $332.00? That's a lot of money to me! They claimed to be located in ************** in their ad, and in writing, they state your order should arrive within 8-10 days. If anything were to cause a delay, they would email you and let you know. Nothing from them at all. Well, they aren't located in **************, and no calls came to me, and if i wanted help from someone, i had to pay for it?! I not only want my $332.00 back, but I want the things I ordered. I deserve it and no company should be allowed to do this to their clients. Its illegal, its ethically wrong, and its just plain rude. And $332.00 us a LOT of money to me.

DO NOT purchase from this company. This company is totally based on tricking the customer. I ordered two dresses for $82.00 They arrived but did not fit at all. Their website said " Moneyback guarantee" (notice it does not say 100%) and claimed that the products were made in and delivered from the ***. When I asked for a refund mailing they offered me a $12 refund. When I refused that they offered a $24 refund and so it went up to $40.00. They told me I could only get a full refund if I returned the clothes to a DUBAI address!! At this point I contacted my credit card company and Deuyo sent a full refund to my card. I seriously worry about their employees, if this is how their customers are treated.

6/12/24 Do not purchase anything from this company! I ordered 2 dresses for an upcoming wedding. I planned to return one of them after choosing my favorite. I saw that they advertised 30 day money-back guarantee. ******* arrived in about 2 weeks. They were of very poor quality, thin material and not the correct size. I was unable to use either dress. I immediately read through their return policy and was stunned to find out that they will only accept a return if there was a quality problem. However, since there was a definite issue with quality, I requested a return as they outlined and have heard NOTHING back from them. It is now 3 weeks later and still no word back from them after further attempts to contact them. I was charged $93.08 for 2 cheap dresses from a disreputable company. Buyer beware!

After purchasing from this bogus company with the understanding that they accepted returns...that is not true at all . They said you needed a refund label to be sent to you . They refused to reply to my request.The products are of poor quality and sizing.I asked for a full refund and after finally replying they offered me $16.00 for the trash that they sent me I am not sure how they allow this company to even be in business with all of the bad reviews they have received ?? One ? was the least I could put in...they deserve 0

This is a sham business. They go by several different names such as indiefit. They claim the clothing is made in **********, but it is made in *****. Cheap material. Does not look like pictured. I have asked for a refund several times. They always dodge by either not answering or offering a small portion of money if I keep it all. ( 3 unwearable items). Buyer beware. They also sent no invoice in the bag and no return address

Crooks - product received was not the same as pictured. Weird demands by email from customer service (no phone number) after I requested a refund. This included a request for me to take a picture of the dress, then offered me $6 refund against a $55 charge when I refused to send a picture - and I could keep the dress. They advertised on ******** that they were from ************** - obviously - that was a lie. I contacted my credit card company and I am filing complaints everywhere. They are truly crooks.

Terrible customer service and sketchy return policy. Bought an item for $74 and was offered $6 refund. When I complained to them, they offered $15. Why would I not expect $74? The item did not fit anywhere close to what their sizing guide directed me to order. It was easily 2 sizes too small.

I ordered a dress and received it but it was too small . I contacted the company they said they were really sorry that I wasn't satisfied with the goods. They can refund me USD$5 as compensation and keep the item. I had paid $57.98 for the item. I told them I would accept a complete refund. Then they said they would refund me USD$23 as compensation and I could still keep the order. and if I insisted on returning it the address was Zayed Rd *****- *** + Once I sent it I was to send them a tracking # and they would refund the money after receiving the package.. They had showed *** address I had no idea they were overseas.The package I received came from ***********, **. They also want me to fill out the return/exchange authorization form which I have not received. I am thinking I have to return to ***** and way of discouraging returns. I haven't talk to the ****************** but I thinking it will cost as much as the item.

I am usually more careful purchasing through on-line websites. Deuyo fooled me. Their website looked great and I did not check for reviews. I ordered a $51.00 dress and was eventually given a **** tracking number. **** stated that they DID NOT get the package and that the tracking number was fake. I never received my dress. I am so sad and disappointed.

They are now claiming there was not a tracking number ( there was.. I have it). No refund was given. Terrible customer service. Be careful.

This company is a Chinese sham. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering 2 items - a white tunic top and a "chambray" dress. I will keep the top - fortunately I ordered a size larger than I usually wear, as it would have been too small. The dress, however, is NOT chambray, but a gauzy fabric. The big takeway as to this company NOT being a US company, as advertised, is that there is no fabric content listed anywhere on any label. ALL US-made clothing is required to have fabric content listed on the inside label of any item. I emailed the company about my displeasure with the dress and that I wanted to return it for a refund, but their response was to apologize for my not liking their clothes and to offer me $15 as compensation and that I could keep this $43 item. Ridiculous. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.Please add this review to any complaints.

Horrible Company!! I ordered 2 dresses they came, but were much smaller than indicated. They won't refund my money. They offered $18 for a $100 order and I could keep the items! Why would anyone want to keep $100 worth of clothing they cannot wear? I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Something needs to be done about these kinds of scams!!!
