Detailed Planning did a fantastic job of getting planning permission for a new outdoor workshop and greenhouse. Paul and team provided an excellent service from start to finish. The scope of work that we undertook changed quite significantly from the original plans however the planning process undertaken including relatively quick iteration of designs and regular discussion points was key to a successful outcome for us.

A first class service
We asked Detailed Planning to design a small additional extension to our house, take the plans through planning and once permission was gained, create the technical drawings ready for the builders. The process from start to finish was first class. Paul and Emily were great to work with. Detailed Planning’s fees structure was clear and straight forward, no ‘hidden extras’. Emily and Paul were always responsive and explained each step clearly, so we knew exactly what was happening. I have no hesitation in recommending Detailed Planning.
