Plans and Consultation - Rear and Side Extension on semi-detached property Barnet From first site visit (Dec 23) to planning consent (May 24) Detailed Planning - Chris and Paul - were excellent in every respect, and clearly and transparently detailed costs from the outset. Thoughtful and respectful of our wishes, they offered us different options and took on feedback and turned around amends /updates on plans in a timely manner, and most importantly optimised the available footprint for our extension. Chris kept us updated through the planning application process. Now we have planning permission we look forward to working with them on the technical phase, in readiness for building works to commence. A really positive experience.

I've had an incredibly positive experience of Detailed Planning. Chris has been superb; he has been on hand to respond to my simple questions and complex issues, and always in a professional, patient and understanding manner. We have 1st used Detailed Planning Ltd for our loft conversion. Without hesitation, we went back with them for our renovation work. They have also recently helped us submitting our planning permission for the installation of solar panels. We would highly recommend them; they are always on top of things, following up, making us aware of the latest regulations, super responsive. They have also been ingenious in their design proposal all along and helped us maximise our space. They went the extra mile to support us with specific requests from the council regarding our planning permission and we have always felt in save hands.

Detailed Planning did a wonderful job for our planning application for a kitchen extension and internal rearrangement of our house. The team considered our needs very carefully, presented us with several options, and revised the plans based on our input. Then, the team liaised very efficiently with Haringey Council and led the planning application process to a successful conclusion. The team is very friendly and helpful and the administrative aspects went smoothly too. Highly recommended!

We are doing a complete refurb of a 3 bedroom, semi detached house where we plan to do a rear extension to create a large kitchen diner, a loft conversion, a porch extension and other internal alterations. Chris and Paul were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Detailed Planning! I am happy with the service provided and quality of the work. + Process is explained very well right from the beginning and payments are staged based on phases + Communication is frequent and regular + Always underpromised and over delivered (I think always provided revised drawings easier than promised) + Plans are thought out and of high quality + Incorporated our various ideas and make them work + Multiple revisions to get the plans perfect!

We used Detailed Planning for plans for a loft conversion. Due to previous changes to our roof we were restricted in terms of what we were allowed to build so needed some expert advice on the project. This is exactly what we got. Paul and Ross listened and advised. They were on hand from start to finish with any questions, we were updated regularly and they let us know what was needed at each stage in order to progress. We had previously had some other plans done by another firm but what they produced was not usable which is why we decided to get a second opinion. With Detailed Planning the experience was totally different. Not only did they come up with great designs, of which they had plenty of ideas, but they comminucated and helped with everything. I would highly recommend them (in fact I already have and our friends who are also using them are equally happy with their work) and would use them again should the need arise.
