Gutter, fascia and soffit replacement back of house. (DA14) Initial contact prompt. arrived for quote on time and very professional, sent email quote within 24hr. Arranged a day and date within 1 week of my contact. Unfortunately this date was cancelled due to sickness of a crew member. A second time was rearranged within the week. Job was completed and carried out within 3hours. It was a damp day so I had to put dust sheets down at house entrances and exits. Follow up excellent. Payment information was clear. Thank you John !

Cleaning guttering and moss clearance and removal (BR1) Dealt with John who was very helpful and courteous. His team came today to do the job. I am very happy dealing with John and his team.

Replacement battens, fascias, felt, flashing, guttering, tiles (ME2) The original request to replace guttering and flashings became a more extensive repair job once John and the team discovered further underlying problems with the roof and advised accordingly. The result looks impressive and is already proving effective in preventing water ingress. The service was courteous and highly professional throughout. Many thanks to John and the team for their high-quality work.

Fascia replacement (BR1) John came out very promptly to talk over the job we wanted to have completed. It was a relatively straightforward job, but out of all the companies who visited John was the only one to take the extra time to think it over & get into details of how he would go about getting the perfect finish. The team that came to complete the work were very courteous, tidy & did an excellent job. Though he did not work on the job, John was onsite both days to check the quality of the finish & followed up with me (I was not there on the last day) to make sure I was also happy. We will 100% be using them again.

Inspection and clearing of gutters back and front (TN11) Punctual, tidy, provided competitive quote and works carried out within 24 hours. Super service and Kevin very personable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Cleared gutters front and back (TN9) Prompt attendance to clear gutters that were causing rain to overflow and soak my brickwork. Managed to access my awkward Victorian terrace and gave advice on preventing build up again as my downpipes could be better placed. Didn’t oversell anything either and said current treatment would be sufficient for now but something to consider in the future. Would definitely use again

Excellent Company (BR2) John is very good and he is very smart on his work and the response to the calls very Prompt and I can recommend for them without any hesitation.

New roof, soffits, fascias and guttering (DA15) John and the team have carried out two jobs for us and we already have them booked in for one more. They completely renewed our roof, with new felt, battens and roof tiles. They added extra insulation in the loft and replaced our soffits, fascias and guttering. Both teams worked efficiently, were kind and considerate. The work looks fantastic - we've even had compliments from our neighbours. Thanks John and the team!

Fibre Glass Roofing Installation (BR7) We have been delighted with the work carried out on our roof by the team from Design Roofing. They have been a pleasure to deal with friendly, polite, efficient and accommodating, and their work is fantastic. They've done a beautiful job.

Tiled roof replacement (BR1) Design Roofing replaced my joining pitched tiled roofs and fully insulated both. Staying fully in contact at all times, John's enthusiasm to complete on time despite weather and insulation supply issues was impressive. Scaffold removed on day of completion and waste taken each day, keeping the job clean and tidy. The work was completed promptly with all work inspected and passed by Lewisham building control. I don't write reviews often, but this company were highly impressive and deserve a my HIGHEST recommendation. PS They even replaced a few tiles for the OAP next door - free of charge

fixed a leaking roof (BR5) Friendly, professional and trustworthy a real pleasure to have them working for me. The only company i will be using in the future if i need more roofing work done

Soffit + Fascia repair (TN13) John came to view + quote very quickly. His quote was very fair and built in flexibility incase needed. It was quite a small job but he managed to get someone out within the week. Dan, who came out on time, completed the work quickly and professionally, had the right colour materials, finished without issue and was very polite and easy going. Would certainly recommend and use again.

fascias soffits and guttering all replaced (BR8) A great company, they were all really nice, polite people. I have asked to come back and do some more work for me i was that impressed.

Replace guttering with deep flow gutters (CT5) John booked us in quickly and on the day arrived promptly. Guttering was removed and replaced very neatly. An extra job I asked about of sorting some loose tiles/mortar on edge of roof was also done for me which was great and has given us peace of mind. Everything left tidy. Lovely job. Would definitely use Design Roofing again.
