I am gaurav bagga from kasauli himachal i had purchased upvc windows from mr Jass ji both the owners are very co operative and one day my staff my mistakenly mishandled the handle of the upvc, THE DESIGN ARCH STAFF next day being 300 kms away from kasauli changed the handle and after few days came to adjust mesh again on one call Their after sales service is BEST I highly recommend them for best budgeted upvc.Good luck to jass ji and Polly ji
