We have engaged Ed for our renovation. I must say Ed is very specific and thorough from the beginning. He is always straight to the point and very professional. He suggested some ideas for space efficiency and it turned out to be awesome. In fact, both myself and spouse were abit hesitant of certain factors but we were amazed by the output he has delivered. Ed, handled all the entire renovations process so swiftly. He will constantly notify us of the progress. Ed always answers all our questions immediately without any delay. We like the effective communication. Ed will share with us on the things that shouldn't be done and quick to advise on the cost-efficiency. There were some mishaps during renovation. A dent in the living room tile but we decided to leave it as is after being convinced that it'll be messy to replace and we might have to postpone our move in. Toilet doors were accidentally thrown away but they compensated with a new door. Overall pre-reno and during reno service was slightly above average. However post reno- customer service often takes very long to get a reply or non existent even though still within warranty period. 9 -10 months in we start to notice some issues such as cracks between skirting tiles and the wall in an area which we have no direct access as it's behind a furniture. Asked if anything can be done and if it's covered under the warranty. If it's not under warranty, what is the costs and timeline involved. However replies take very long and we're left wondering if we are even getting a reply at all.

I engaged Rachel Li. She is very helpful and goes out of her way to help me. She went out of her way to find 3 contractors for me for my sliding door as I needed some exact requirements. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant experience working with Terence for our home's renovation. Throughout the reno, Terence gave consistent and informative updates and was very responsive to our queries whether big or small. We must commend that the carpentry workmanship is very good as well which was a plus point. After the handover, Terence was prompt to rectify defects highlighted in our final checks and it was well followed up. We are very happy with our newly renovated home and it is all thanks for Terence for the coordination, planning, suggestions/recommendation etc. Highly recommend to engage Terence if anyone is looking for an ID.

I would like to commend my ID Pearlyn Tan for her excellent work, passion and commitment in completing my renovation project. I had engaged Pearlyn by chance. My family and I had a bad experience with a reputable ID firm in the past and had our doubts if we could find a good one. We were randomly looking around and decided to drop by Design4Space at Paya Lebar to check it out. I recalled that Pearlyn was the only person in the office at that time. We had a discussion with her, sharing with her what our thoughts were and how we envisaged the renovation would be like. She had then impressed us with her good understanding of our requirements and was able to articulate a prelim design concept that could meet our requirements. She was clear in explaining to us how the process would be like and was never pushy to make us commit. While we felt very comfortable with her, we decided to still source around. However, we eventually decided to engage her because there was none others who made us feel as comfortable as Pearlyn. During the process of design discussion, Pearlyn impressed me with how she could remember the details of our discussion, our layout and our requirements. I never had to remind her of what we wanted. She had it all in her fingertips. This is clearly testimony of how she always prioritises customers' needs and her attention to details. Kudos to her. When the renovation kickstarted, I almost entirely left it to her because of the faith that I had in her. As we were still staying in the unit during the renovation, Pearlyn also took efforts to make sure there were least disruptions for us. In the process, I relied alot on her to coordinate with the various stakeholders including parties whom I have placed orders for my new water dispenser, power track etc. She knew what had to be done and helped me coordinated the delivery and installation. Pearlyn even went out of the way to help me do exchange of my wrongly delivered power track as I had to travel overseas. I am very appreciative of her assistance. I must add that I am also not an 'easy' client. I have my requests and and demands, and Pearlyn was very patient to see to them or where not possible, explained to me.  She was dependable, capable, meticulous and efficient.  I am extremely pleased with the professional and excellent service rendered by Pearlyn that I will certainly come back to her again if I have any renovation plans in future or to recommend her to my friends. I have never thought that i will write a compliment for an ID.  She was such good that I knew i had to put this down in writing. Thank you for all the good work. We had engaged Rachel Li around 2.5 years ago when we renovated our new place and walked into Design 4 Space at Paya Lebar. Till today, we are really thankful to have met her. Even though we are no longer an active customer of hers, as she had completed the renovation works for our house almost 2 years ago, whenever we approach her for help or advice for certain matters around our house - eg. the shower head, the toilet glass door, she is prompt and she makes the effort to help us. When we think back of our renovation experience with her, I am really thankful for her as she executed the works swiftly and promptly, giving practical advice and we could count on her to get the job done, and the job done well. We highly recommend Rachel, and really thankful to have met Rachel. ☺️ Thank you Rachel for all the hard work!

This is my 2nd small reno with Design4Space. Decided to call up Ed Low, one of the ID from my first reno with Design4Space as I was very satisfied with their service. Once again kudos to Design4Space to have someone like Ed. He gave great ideas and no job is big or small for him. He even went out of his way to help me with other small jobs without hesitant. Will recommend Design4Space to anyone needing any reno and should I ever have a need to update something will not hesitate to call them again. Many thanks Ed Low for job well done.

It was by chance that we met with Alvis when we did a walk-in enquiry. It was an awesome experience since then, he is super patient and accommodative to our requests and gave advices based on his experience. Alvis is honest and has high standards for the quality of work done, which we greatly appreciate and we could comfortably leave our entire renovation process in his good hands. He also balances creativity with functionality which we are super satisfied for our first home. Recently we have done small renovation for 3 bed rooms. We have received good service from Terence Sin. He listened to our requirements and turned it to be the design proposal quickly to fit our rush schedule. He put efforts to make sure high quality work delivered on time. Terence has a strong service in mind, demonstrated strong mind of delivery high quality work and listening to customers's requirements very well. We were very happy that we have chosen the very responsible and kind designer!

Design 4 Space (Payer Lebar Branch) - Alvis was highly recommended by a friend when I was searching for a reliable ID. He was a great help, is super patient and was able to ideate according to the needs of my family members. My renovation was very rushed due to personal commitments but he managed to plan everything smoothly, while ensuring high quality delivery. It had been a wonderful experience and most importantly - no scary stories of poor workmanship and price shock.

We did our renovation of our 25-year HDB flat last year (Oct to Dec 2023). We would like to thank Pearlyn for her great design and professionalism. We completed our renovation even before the agreed time and have time to do minor rectification works. Pearlyn even followed up with us additional repairs and touching up. Looking for ID as a new house owner was a long process that needs alot of review and spending time to meet up with ID to discuss on what we have in mind and how to fit into our budget. After a few rounds of meeting with different IDs, we were glad to find our ID (Rachel) from Design 4 Space. She shared the processes of how engaging an ID works, what to expect for the whole renovation phase as well as payments/loans processes from banks. She was also patient to understand our needs and gave advices on all the dos and don't according to our requirements and to help us find the best alternatives so as to keep within our budget. Progress of renovation was regularly updated with us and she even spend time to attend to our queries on carpentry works after work hours to accommodate our schedule when we are available for discussion. She was also prompt in making replacement for a glass door that accidentally broke on our 1st week of moved in for us and our child's safety.
