The crew that came out did a great job on our travertine. 4 years ago we had it acid washed then polished. It looked decent but I would’ve preferred the finish that Desert Tile finished with as it looks great. It looks like a new floor and we are much happier with the end result. The cost was very reasonable and lower than what I paid from the prior company. We will use them for all future maintenance cleanings. They also filled many of the pits we had with epoxy and they are hardly visible.

Josh came to my house and recommended I just call a company to steam clean the tile as the tile and grout are in good shape and easy to clean. He said it would be cheaper for us and he wanted to save us money. He gave me so much advice as to cleaning products to use for the floors I have that will not cause a build-up or residue. He is a very knowledgeable honest guy. Nice to see contractors like that! I highly recommend Josh and I thank him for his time.

We can’t recommend this company enough. Our home is nearly 30 years old and the ceramic tiles in our home were in need of a definite refresh! We had our floors, kitchen countertops, and shower professionally done by this company. We could not be happier with the results. What an impressive company. The team of four men lead by Adrian were professional, polite and communicated throughout the process. Josh, the owner was also a pleasure to work with when he came out to provide an estimate. They worked really hard and fast. My tile and grout is beautiful. They were here for 6 hours and never stopped. It's such a pleasure to work with a company that really cares and does the job right the first time. I would highly recommend this company for your future tile care needs. WOW!!

I called Friday and left a message. I received a call back on Monday from Josh. He asked me what services I needed. I explained I had some issues from a builder and needed a few services. I listed them and he gave me some advice in which I was already following, I asked him if he did any of the services I asked for he said not exactly. Then he dropped in [paraphrasing] "actually a number of companies have called him to try to cover up their bad work and incorrect installation." I asked could he tell me those companies because I was going to need additional services like install, he said no. I asked if he had any legal restriction like an NDA, he said no. So he didn't want to inform others of bad companies who do sub-par and incorrect work. I thanked him for his time and said I wouldn't need his services then. I hung up. He then called me back, he claimed we got disconnected. I explained to him the fact that he wouldn't expose bad companies that are covering up faulty workmanship (literally the same issues I was experiencing and trying to correct) means he does nothing to stop the issues and warn others. I didn't want to have any business with company that participates in such practices.

Desert Tile & Grout did an amazing job stripping, cleaning and coloring my tile and grout. The floor looks better now then when I moved in 4 years ago! Josh was awesome and drove all the way to Casa Grande to give me a quote on the work, explained the process and wasn't pushy at all when I initially decided not to go with the cleaning. I wised up and had the work done a week later and now that's it done I'm so happy I made the decision to call them!
