I had Tenzen come out today on a special i had a flyer for. The 299 vent cleaning service and he gave me above and beyond service.He took apart my whole heating , and air system showed me how it works also showed me What needs to be cleaned gave me Before & After pictures and walked me through every step of the way what he was doing. We had a small hiccup in a wire turning my a/c unit back on and he was right on top of it and told me not to worry he would be here until he got it up and running again because it's 90° outside and I have a family. He worked hard was at my house for 4 hrs doing quality work. I highly recommend this company for any hvac or duct cleaning services. He left feeling like part of the family. 5 stars from me. Would use them again.
Services were priced to get in my door but then did a bait and switch and wanted to charge me over $1,000 for all the other services. I would never use them again.

Denver Ducts did a great job. They were professional and helpful. Luis spent over 4 hours at our home and shared pictures with us along the way. We would highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning and A/C and furnace cleaning - it was a great value compared to all of the other companies we contacted.

I booked air duct cleaning with this company based on a quoted price of $299 for whole house vent cleaning, which included inspection, all supply and return vents, and a complete HVAC system review.
When the technician arrived, additional “upgrades” were added, and my final bill came to over $550. This included charges for trunk line cleaning and an add-on maintenance package that were not clearly explained upfront and felt very misleading compared to the original quote.
After the service, I called multiple times to get clarification on the pricing discrepancy. Each time I was told someone would look into it and get back to me, but no one ever followed up. I also sent multiple emails and still received no real resolution.
The cleaning itself may have been fine, but the pricing practices and lack of customer service afterward were extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend getting every detail in writing before agreeing to service.
We just bought our home and every time I used the dryer, I kept getting a D80 error code, which indicated a venting issue. I found Denver Duct Company and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day, which was a huge relief.
Terryn arrived right on time, was incredibly polite, and really took the time to understand our situation. As first-time homeowners with a furnace, we weren’t familiar with the maintenance required, but he explained everything clearly and professionally.
He discovered that our home hadn’t been serviced since it was built in 2007 and showed me photos of what he found, which was very helpful. I especially appreciated that he didn’t try to oversell anything—he simply walked me through the different service options and helped us choose what was actually needed. It’s rare to meet a technician who is not only on time, but absolutely integral and respectful of your property. Daniel of Denver Ducts was the perfect example of a skilled worker. He wore shoe coverings while in our home and each time he stepped outdoors, he removed them. He didn’t leave dirty tracks or messes behind in any of the rooms he was working in. He didn’t force up sale offers! He just made it clear what options were available and then went to work. Our vents, trunk lines and returns are fresh and clean! Highly recommended!
The Denver Ducts technician, Luis, did a wonderful job cleaning my air duct vents, and also cleaned my dryer vent. Luis was professional and explained all my options. He was not trying to upsell me, but explained my options, and I felt no pressure. He took before and after photos. I could not be happier!
