Brought my wife in for a tooth filling, she complained about it still being sore 2 days later, eventually went for a checkup else where and a more thorough x ray. It turns out the dentist drilled the wrong tooth and filled the tooth next to it. 🤡

So kind. And gentle. Thanks for showing us the x-rays and spending time explaining. Jess is so excited to watch her teeth grow.

Dr Zeenat Amod is absolutely amazing and you can tell that she is serious about making you happy. I absolutely love my results.

I initially reviewed this dentist as quick and efficient. I unfortunately, received a rude awakening a month ago that this dentist is only consumed with money and should rather fashion her practice and receptionists as a debt collection agency. They charged me an upfront co-payment which I understood and paid, then claimed from my medical aid at medical approved rates to which there was a balance of a couple hundreds rands. I received a call from the receptionist about the outstanding balance. I said I would call my medical aid to find out why the amount is outstanding because these were approved procedures, to which the receptionist agreed. I was thereafter badgered multiple times in a single day- not just with calls but with emails and WhatsApp messages. It being the year-end period, I was in back to back meetings continuously being disturbed by this dentist for a ridiculously nominal amount. Then I get a WhatsApp message- asking me why am I ignoring their calls. How unprofessional! Then the next day I receive a Letter of Demand drafted by the dentist practice telling me they going to blacklist me. How they have such credit rating capabilities is beyond my understanding. All this continuous hounding day in and day out for 2 weeks. It was disgusting, unpleasant behaviour. This dentist lost a loyal patient. I will also be lodging a complaint against the dentist's debt collection practices. It's absurd and definitely not legislatively compliant.

Trying to book an appointment over the phone I was dealt with with by an extremely rude receptionist who spoke to me with such disrespect. I Almost didnt make the booking but she apologised. On the day the same person barely greeted me.. I felt unwelcomed and awkward even by the dentist. She cleaned my teeth so abruptly that parts of my gums not even by my teeth were bleeding afterwards. Out of all my teeth cleaning experiences with other dentist I've never had such a rough, speedy and unfriendly experience. I will never go back there again!

I had an appointment booked for 9:30 for my 7 year son, I had arrived 6min late due to robots not working and load shedding and was turned away from the dentist. I had explained to the receptionist that it was urgent and I had been waiting since 2days to see the dentist. It is really unprofessional and unkind to turn away a kid in pain.

I had a wonderful experience. I was so anxious and nervous, but the dentist was extremely reassuring, patient and gentle with my teeth. So glad I finally found the perfect dentist. Thank you so much!

Dr. Zeenat Amod is very knowledgeable and very diligent in all aspects of Dentistry. I had my full upper Dentures and partial lower Denture done over the last 3 weeks and i am extremely happy with the Standard of service received and the Covid 19 Protocol implemented. Overall very professional and i would recommend Dr. Zeenat Amod and her Team to anybody .

Best friendly service. Even accommodated me while I was in a Teams meeting. The Drs reception staff were friendly and professional.

My son went in for a tooth extraction... He was petrified! Dr Amod was so gentle, he did not feel a thing, he couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend Dr Amod.

I can definitely recommend her. I don't like changes but this was worth it.
