Awesome experience from start to finish. Both Seth and Tom did a great job. Both showed up just when they said they would be there. Seth sold us what we needed without making us feel like we needed more . Tom explained things in terms that even I could understand . Tom even straightened out a pipe just because it bothered him not being perpendicular . They both were very professional all while being super friendly. Tom was Very respectful and took his time to answer our questions and always asked us about our input about the installation of our water softener and Seth gave us ideas on of to get rid of the iron damage in our sinks and tubs look forward to working with you guys again in the future.

I reached out to Delmarva Water Solutions inquiring about a water treatment system several weeks ago. Seth met my wife and I two days later and tested the water and thoroughly explained the results to us . On the spot he came up with a plan on the equipment needed. He then explained each piece and what it does as well as the warranty on each piece. We decided we would go with Seth’s plan but had to get a hole drilled in our counter top for a reverse osmosis faucet . A couple weeks passed before we got the hole drilled last Friday afternoon. I called Seth right away and he said we can be there Wednesday between 8 and 9. At 7:55 Wednesday John was pulling in the driveway followed by Tom and Ryan. John explained the installation process asked were I’d like everything installed and they went to work immediately. John installed the RO while Tom worked on installing the other equipment with Ryan helping each. WOW is all I can say those guys never stopped until they were done. And I can say John and Tom were VERY VERY particular to detail and neatness. When it was completed John explained all things with the RO and Tom in turn gave us a hands on so to speak of the operation of the other equipment and gladly answered any questions while Ryan was tidying everything up. In closing if anyone is in need of a water treatment system please reach out to this company and it’s great employees and I know you’ll be damn glad that you did !!!

My appointment was scheduled for 9-11am. Tom Jones arrived early. He throughly examined my water conditioner & checked the PH level from my faucet. Very helpful answering my concerns/questions.

He sat down with us and explained our situation, recommended a water softener system. Went over how it works, the installation process and how to maintain it. Steve did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our purchase.
