Am seeing recent activity on the review page lately, these random accounts review bombing this wonderful company as well as other businesses! Its not hard at all to see these are either new accounts or accounts related to the review bomber. Shame on them..
So far so good….. had a positive experience with getting a new water system installed. Steve and Tom were knowledgeable and helpful from informing us what we would need to install. Everything went great, thanks again
3 years in and while i’m still OK with the system i might think about another option. Anything they do is an immediate charge of at least 150-175. I have to get some “maintenance “ done on the system once a year which is a 30 second swap of a component that only they have- boom $150 . An O ring on THEIR system busted and water from the tank was leaking , causing damage to my utility closet wall … had a tech come out to tell me “ oh yeah these O rings tend to go about every three years” - that’s good to know lol. Another 175 charge for 5 minutes of work . Then they have a referral incentive and before the O ring thing i did recommend them to my neighbor across the street who did purchase a system from them. He told them i referred them to him and even called them after the job to remind them- never heard a peep from them. Why even have the referral incentive if you’re not going to honor it?

In response to what the company said i should do here i did reach out to call and speak with the owner…. when i did the guy who answered was super evasive at first but said he could handle my question….. i explained the situation and who i was . He told me he’d look into everything for me and get back with me on it ASAP. That was 2+ months ago 😂 and so far nothing. Big ol L in my book.
We're terribly sorry that we didn't meet or exceed your expectations. While your system does require yearly maintenance to replace a few wearable items (rollertube & duckbill), the o-ring failure isn't very common at all & should have been repaired at no charge to you under warranty. Please give our office a call at your convenience & we'd be glad to adjust your bill & speak to you about getting your referral bonus.

From Seth, we experienced professionalism, skill, friendliness, and personal, high-touch service. His responsiveness and timeliness were very comforting during our hectic move-in days. Zachary did a wonderful job came in. Got right to work. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the system. And made some minor adjustments.
