ive purchased and recieved my 7" mtw scorpion tactical hpa billet machine gun and its absolutly amazing the range it has is outta this world, it shoots crisp and clear straight shots it is slightly loud but with a sliencer on, it will be as quiet as ever id highly reccomend this to anyone going on to hpa, electric is still good on this mtw if your not fussed with hpa but definitly wont need another airsoft gun again

Great company, excellent customer communication with quick replies to email correspondance. Products promptly sent and arrive on time. Great product range, quite a few items out of stock but generally find that being the issue at most retailers, I assume popular items fly off the shelves when back in stock. Really pleased with my Mk18 and Glock 19 which I bought from them recently.

As you know we do have the cctv of this being tested twice before we shipped it to yourself.
We have been selling Airsoft items for many years now and never had metal bbs in our store as they can be very dangerous.
We also as i said have the pictures of the metal bbs being removed from the shells you yourself returned to us stating it would not fire them.
The metal bbs are the wrong size and are not for airsoft use as i said to you.
We will of course work with any authorities on this matter as firing incorrect items is a very serious matter.

Bought a shotgun from this lot, didn't work since I got it, sent it back and now theyre saying that I used metal bb in the shotgun which I didn't, it never worked from the start, company is trying to get out it by saying its my fault, I would avoid, opening a case against this company

Didn't get what I wanted, I didn't realise you only got blue as the two tone option, which would look horrendous on a tan Glock 19 X, which I thought was bright enough to be ok. Apparently not.
However, tremendous, and in fact, exceptional, communications.
Getting round all of the things in the way, left alone to just find things and find out myself, and feeling like I'm being just shoved into some sort of "outsider" category because I'm unknown on the particular numbers and things you needs' databases, and "new here", has been infuriating, and stressful.
I was immediately emailed back, and everything was sorted. It was rapid fire.
Best communications so far, and I've ended up on American sites by accident because all I saw was things in pounds.
I can tell so much, by so little.

Had an absolutely tremendous experience from these folks; from the original purchase and asking questions about the RIF through to having work done on the RIF down the line by their tech, Earl.
Earl was absolutely amazing - communicated clearly from the start, kept me looped in on what he was doing and recommended, and answered any questions I had promptly.
I really can't recommend enough!
Ordered a Saigo Defense Kenji zero fighter 3, took TWO days to tell me it was out of stock due to an "error".
Then took another whole day to offer me a more expensive but inferior gun instead as an alternative.
My first time ordering from Defcon and likely my last.
Should have listened to my son and went to Patrol Base
It was still showing as in stock today until I warned them that it was false advertising.
If they can't even get the basics of stock correct what hope would you have of them dealing with anything in a timely and appropriate manner?
Probably dodged a bullet, pun intended.
