Hi Adrian, I'm not quite sure why you have felt the need to leave this review, you were informed that refunds take 3-5 working days to process, you asked for a refund on the afternoon of Friday 19th July because you don't have any ID (even though this is requested for gun orders on our website) and your refund has been processed and done at our end within the 5 working days stated. You have not 'needed to fight' to get your refund, it was sent to the refunds dept straight away with no quibbles or issues from us and it has been issued in the amount of time that we advised you of when you requested the cancellation. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for the card processors or banks until you see the money in your account but this is out of our control. I am more than happy to post the full conversation up here if you wish to publicly criticise our company so others can see how much 'fighting' you have had to do and show that we have been perfectly reasonable and polite and done everything asked within the timeframes mentioned due to your mistake and lack of supporting documents.

Hi Jake I can assure you that we are not fobbing you off, we are still investigating this thoroughly with UPS as they believe this to be a fraudulent non-delivery claim. Once the investigation has been concluded, we will be in touch to confirm the outcome and next steps. It may assist us in our and UPS's investigation if you filed a police report, as UPS have confirmed that they handed the parcel to someone at your property, this would then be classed as a stolen parcel.
