New World Collections Inc. is a professional debt recovery agency, and we do not provide credit repair services or charge fees for removing incorrect information from credit reports. Our services are strictly focused on the ethical and lawful collection of outstanding debts in full compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

If I could give Lisa more stars, I definitely would! I had no idea I had a debt sent to collections (the original company had an incorrect address listed and I never received an invoice). I called New World Collection today about an account on my credit. I was very worried about calling but I was connected with Allen, who provided me an amazing experience. He was very professional, courtesy and really help me to understand and explain all my options. He even shared tips on how to understand my credit and to make it better. I left our call with such a positive outcome and wanted to again thank him for looking out for me and the experience he provided. Not all companies have someone who cares like Allen. Thanks again.

I called this debt collection agency, spoke to Lisa and she was so kind and informative! I have had experiences with other agencies that were difficult to deal with and hard to make a payment, but with New World Collections it was so quick and easy! I couldn't have had a better experience paying off a debt. I wish I would have called sooner! Another great part about them is that I didn't have to pay any extra fees, which makes me really happy also! The best part is the customer service, I was really impressed by speaking to Lisa. Greg Wilkins of New World Collections likely deals with complex people, he's incredible. I have two insurances, just need them both to be ran so my collections notice drops, he effectively guided me through the steps I needed to take and for calling a "Collections Agency" you will be in good hands if Greg answers.
