Gotta say not having very good experiences in the past with other dealerships I came into DealerShift skeptical. Had a bit of a tear into them at first which was entirely my bad. They still treated me professionally. After that, and with my sincere apologies I moved forward with a purchase. The way I was taken care of by the sales team humbled me. There was a small issue with the new purchase of my Bronco that even after the fact it was discovered a month after driving it off the lot, Hamish one of the owners took care of. He worked with my mechanic and offered to pay for the fairly expesive part. Try that with the others. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to purchase from them. Dont even bother wasting your time and $ elsewhere. Once tried, you wont go back! Thanks guys! Gregory- Nanaimo

Fast, friendly service they do not negotiate price at all and no perks are given but they are straight to the point and are very thorough and honest. No sales pressure at all. I love that their inventory is in a warehouse as well. I have never been through the buying of a vehicle so fast. No standing around for hrs it was great. Thanks for everything!

We ended up at DealerShift by chance, following a vehicle we saw on AutoTrader. Without realizing appointments were preferred, we showed up on a Saturday — and immediately knew this wasn’t a typical used car dealership. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, nothing like the usual dealership vibe. Even though they were busy, the team was happy to accommodate us (though yes, make an appointment). The service was outstanding — no pressure, no gimmicks, just genuine people who clearly care about what they do. We were encouraged to take our time looking at the car and even test drove it on our own — no salesperson hovering in the back seat. Every car is displayed indoors, spotless and dry, so you can actually see the condition of what you’re buying (a big plus in rainy Vancouver). The entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and unbelievably efficient. No hidden fees, no upselling, and no wasted time. When we committed to the purchase the next day, everything — including insurance — was handled seamlessly. We truly felt like the whole team was focused on making sure we were happy with our purchase. Himmat was fantastic — calm, genuine, and easy to talk to — and his whole team was top notch. It’s clear they’ve built DealerShift around honesty, trust, and a better way of doing business. We’ll absolutely be back for our next vehicle and have already told everyone we know about this gem of a dealership. Their cars move fast, so don’t wait too long to check them out. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had — and maybe the best overall sales experience, period. This is how every company should operate.

However, after a few conversations with Himmat and finally visiting in person, I can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I just sold the car I’ve been driving, and I wanted to leave a review. I’m writing this with the hope that it will genuinely help anyone who’s thinking about buying a car in the future. 1) Their kindness is truly the best I’ve ever experienced at any dealership. Most dealers are nice when you’re buying a car but not so much when you’re selling one but these people were incredibly friendly and respectful even though I came to sell my car. I really appreciated that. 2) The showroom was spotless, and all the vehicles were well-maintained and in excellent condition. I was also impressed that they keep all their cars stored indoors, which made me feel confident about their quality. 3) The whole process was extremely fast and efficient, and they explained everything clearly, which made me very satisfied. 4) I’d like to thank Evan and Kevin for their great help with selling my car. Over the course of several months, Hamish demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism as I waited for the right vehicle to come in. Exceptional experience After shopping around fora vehicle for several months, I saw an ad by Dealershift and made contact. Austin brought a 4Runner to my home for the test drive and gave me a very reasonable offer on my Jeep. Not once did I feel like he was trying to ‘sell’ me or take advantage of my inexperience with purchasing a vehicle.
