Best car buying experience I have had. Bought my 4Runner from Dealershift about a year ago. They were non pressure and allowed my wife and I to take the vehicle on a test drive. Didn’t pressure us when we got back and allowed us to leave and talk about the vehicle. We decided to buy it and they had everything ready to go the next day (Saturday). We went in to buy the vehicle and were out the door with the new car in 45min. This included the sale, trade in and insurance. I had bought another vehicle from a different dealership a few months prior and I was in there for over 3 hours just finalizing the sale. I would 100% recommend Dealershift, the vehicles are fairly priced, they are friendly, non pressure and quick. I would buy from them again.

Easy from start to finish.. Austin brought a car out for us to look at with our son. It was priced well as I had already done tons of research. The workers are exceptionally friendly, always arriving punctually and giving us advance notice of their arrival, whether it's 5 or 10 minutes beforehand. I recently bought a car through DealerShift and it was a pretty good experience. It went smoothly after I put down a reservation for the car I wanted, I showed up at the showroom and everything was scheduled. The insurance guy was already there to do the transfer, I did another walk around and everything was done within an hour I believe. The car didn't have a physical owners manual in it which I didn't notice until I got home and when I asked them about it missing, they managed to find one and ship it to me some time later which I was grateful for. Thanks!

I posted my car on Facebook Marketplace and had over 1900 clicks on the ad and probably over 100 messages, many of which were from dealers who were trying to convince me of a ridiculously low wholesale price based on what can only be described as a deceptively low communicated market price. ("we'd have to buy it for $24000, because we could only sell it for $27,500") Evan from DealerShift contact me and acknowledged that while I might want more than his offer, suggested a price a full $10,000 more than other dealers. When we finally met up at a BMO of my choosing to close the deal, I asked him straight up, "Is this a scam? This is not the dealership interaction I'm used to." Great communication, fair price, so professional to deal with. Highly recommended.

DealerShift is an entirely different experience than dealing with a typical dealership. They will bring the vehicle to you to view and test drive, financing was approved without me having to be present and sitting for hours. It literally was all done. I was at DealerShift for 32 minutes before I was out the door in my new-to-me vehicle, a beautiful Escalade!
