I had a very disappointing experience with this dental lab. My dentist ordered a porcelain crown for my dental implant , and it took an unacceptable 2.5 months to arrive. To make matters worse, after only 1.5 years of use, the tooth started chipping. This is not the quality or service I expected for the amount of money i spent . I highly recommend that other dental offices steer clear of this establishment. Save your time and money they dont even offer warranty —look elsewhere for reliable dental solutions!

I have been using DDS since graduated in 2016. I am very pleased with the customer service, quality, and trained staff. In rare occasions I have any issues with crowns/bridges/dentures, and if there is an issue, it is addressed and handled immediately with good customer service. Technicians usually follows order instructions and patients are happy with their new smile makeover or any other dental restorations. More than once our office has received and enjoyed Michael Radke on-site training and support, he has come to the office to helping with scanner training and case reviews. Mr Luis, removable tech, have been amazing in his support at anytime we call for Technical issues, as well as Javier Guajardo at implants department, I will continue using DDS Lb and I strongly recommending them.

They produce great quality crowns, in terms of margin, fit and contacts and esthetics. Very reliable for fixed. The removable has been either great or moderate in terms of quality. Turn around times are longer, but I prefer longer if it comes back right. Rush fee could be a little more reasonable though.

Absolutely terrible, I’ve ordered two partials over two months ago and still haven’t received them. I’ve had two dentist appointments canceled because my partials haven’t been shipped, status has said fabricating for weeks. I’ve filed complaints with corporate I’ve called customer service I’ve contacted the BBB. At this point I have no idea of what else I can do. I just want what I paid for it’s absolutely ludicrous for two partials to take almost two months. I get married in a week and have no idea of what I’m going to do or how I will take pictures with this huge hole in my mouth. Do yourself a favor and stay THE HELL away from this company. You’re better off finding a local lab or asking your dentist for your case and you find a local lab that can help. I don’t see how this place is still in business. If I could give negative 10 stars I would.
Whatever you do, do not get the night guard! I paid a lot of money for it to only have it split in half six months later and they will not do anything about it. Please take my warning. Don’t get scammed like me.
The IMPLANT department at this lab is horrible! I will never send another high profile case to them again.
Took them almost a whole month to make a crown. This is a rush case but they basically delay it! Need to hire better staff!

Switch Dentist if they use DDS!
My dentist used this company to make my new dentures. I am 72 years old and my father had dentures before I was born. It would seem logical that there were improvements, but my dentures are poor quality.
Actual knife edge sharp places. Excess material on the teeth.
I had dentures made in Vietnam for 1/10 the cost and 100% better quality!
Check with your dentist on which lab they use! Switch dentist if they use DDS!

Excellent Work!
Crowns do not fit, have had to send all but one case back (some multiple times). To get customer service I've had to stay on hold for 30 min to speak to someone with no working knowledge about dentistry or how to talk to people. Any lab cost savings will be obliterated by multiple delivery appointments, redos, and wasted time on the phone trying to get answers from a call center.

This lab has been absolutely HORRIBLE since the summer of 2023, which is unfortunate because prior to that they were amazing. Nearly every case has had to be sent back to be remade, and they put cases on hold for absurd reasons. They are incapable of replacing o-rings on implant supported dentures and they NEVER, NEVER look at the files that are uploaded directly to their website. Their customer services agents are some of the rudest and most incompetent people in the business. They consistently hang up on while "researching a case". We have stopped using them and I would not recommend this lab to any one.
Extreme micromanaging from a non technician. Followed a long time, well respected employee into the bathroom and peeped at her under the stall. Shannom Evans is evil.
This lab is something else, they are always messing up our cases...we have many patients having to come in multiple times because they just cant get it right. I have called 3 times today to be put on hold and then they hang up after a while. Why not answer and ask to be called back....don't just have someone waiting and then hang up on them. Will be talking to management regarding this, maybe we can switch labs.
