I sold my property with Helen at DC Lane and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I really appreciated her policy of complete honesty throughout the sale process. She is also an incredibly knowledgeable and efficient estate agent. Her communication throughout the transaction were excellent and at no point did I feel pressured or like there were ulterior motives. It took her less than a week to find a buyer and sold my property before it was even officially on the market. She really went above and beyond. We really wish all estate agents were more like Helen!

We used DC Lane to sell our property and we also purchased a property with them. Firstly, we needed to get on the market fast to get the house we wanted, within days a photographer had been and taken the most beautiful pictures of our home. Viewings were great of both our house and the house we viewed with DC Lane. Once we were all in a position to offer in the chain, Helen did some amazing negotiations to make sure everything went through for everyone. During the sales chain, Helen did lots of chasing which was needed as the top of the chain was a flat and the management company needed a lot of pushing. We got things over the line and have now moved into our house. The whole team at DC Lane were always friendly and helpful, but Helen really is fantastic and was communicative all the way through! Thank you so much, would highly recommend and would of course use you again if we ever put ourselves through it again!! Thanks Kirsty & Ash and family.

Helen is your woman for 'getting things done'!! It took exactly 2 months to the day to get my house from offer to completion (with 3 in the chain). Oscar and Victor were great and really helpful throughout. I would definitly recommend DC Lane if you want some no nonsense estate agency

DC Lane has mismanaged my property to the ground and have ended up having to sell my property as a result. After a claim for misconduct, I was finally compensated by the Property Redress Scheme. Do not use this company!

This company withholds payments made by suppliers to their clients accounts, they can’t be trusted. The guy who runs it constantly lies and deletes bad reviews to improve his score. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DC Lane provided us with an excellent service in selling our house. We found a property that we wanted to buy and so needed to get our house on the market quickly. Helen organised this within a couple of days with excellent photographs and marketing. Sadly we were badly let down by a time-waster but Helen went above and beyond to try and get them to act, even making calls on her days off and carrying out a number of visits. When our sale fell through Helen was straight on it, finding us a new buyer, and we're happy to say the sale went through in record time. We can't thank Helen enough, she is an absolute dynamo. The team are all very professional and friendly and we'd definitely recommend.
