The food was too bad! Bread was hotdog’s potato bun. And still cold. Not even toasted. The steak was the driest, cheapest meat. Potion Very small. Definitely overcharged!! This sandwich $17!!!!! Worst one in NYC!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback. Just a heads up, our sandwiches are served on a 6‑inch Hero bread, not a hotdog bun.and We will keep in Mind to toast the bread—sorry it came out cold for you.
As for the portion and pricing, we pride ourselves on having some of the cheapest prices in the city, and our portions are generous. We’ll look into the steak prep to make sure it’s up to par.

Je n’ai même pas pu attendre de rentrer à l’hôtel pour écrire cet avis tellement j’ai été impressionnée. Je suis encore dans le restaurant et je suis choquée par le goût.
C’est, sans hésitation, le meilleur restaurant de New York et le meilleur sandwich que j’ai mangé de toute ma vie.
Le goût est tout simplement extraordinaire : une viande d’une tendresse incroyable, fondante, juteuse, parfumée… chaque bouchée est une véritable claque. On sent la qualité, le savoir-faire et une maîtrise parfaite de la cuisson.
Honnêtement, je n’ai jamais mangé quelque chose d’aussi bon, c’est une expérience à vivre absolument.
L’accueil est d’une chaleur exceptionnelle, on se sent comme à la maison.
Et niveau propreté, c’est irréprochable : j’ai même vu la serveuse désinfecter les pots de sauce et la salière entre deux clients, une attention rarissime qui démontre leur sérieux.
Ce restaurant mérite beaucoup plus de reconnaissance que ce qu’il a actuellement.
Une chose est sûre : je reviendrai, et tous mes proches qui iront à New York, je leur recommanderai cet endroit en premier, sans aucune hésitation.

Was delicious. Wish I would have gotten a larger sandwich with slaw and perhaps two meats. Will be back again to dabble on other menu items

I've been comin here since David himself was behind the Counter (my blocc Pacific & Nostrand) & the have the best meats (right up there with Katz). But he have new ethnicity cookin & prepping, they seem to mince the meat, instead of thicc slabs of meat

Yesterday was my fist time l didn't feel like traveling all the way to Katz in Manhattan . The gentleman in the store was ,very friendly and the sand-which was magnificent ! This is my new place to get pastrami sand which's , It's really good . Thanks!!!! I will definitely be going back again .

The pastrami sandwich was look good and the flavor was good, but the quality of the meat is really bad I was expecting more as of the sandwich itself 22$

Came after seeing a tic tok video…… I gave a a 4 and my family gave a 2…. The Russian dressing was not good at all.
The good thing is that they have a bathroom that was pretty clean ….. oh I was hoping that they had an area to establish the pray but nah, wishful thinking.
I think I’ll stick with Katz over David’s going forward .

Un vero classico di Brooklyn: brisket, pastrami e corned beef serviti in panini generosi e dal sapore autentico. La carne è tenerissima, succosa e speziata alla perfezione — tra le migliori della città. Locale semplice, senza fronzoli, ma con servizio rapido e atmosfera da vecchia deli newyorkese. Tutto halal, qualità costante e prezzi onesti per ciò che offre.
In sintesi: un must per gli amanti della carne affumicata e dei panini iconici di New York.
Bland, tasteless, dry sandwiches. Ordered the pastrami, brisket and cornbeef. Corn beef tasted like cat food (how i imagine it would taste), pastrami and brisket was totally bland. Idk how this place has 4.5 it should have 2.5 stars MAX. I literally couldn't even finish half of the food I ordered.
