The customer service we experienced was exceptional. My mother had purchased a deal from Groupon, and I was unsure what to expect. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from the owner and the photographer. The professionalism and kindness shone through. The photographer captured so many special moments. Our daughter who is 6 months old felt at ease and really enjoyed the experience. Two weeks later we were able to take our family to view the photos, and all commented on how special they looked. There was no hard sell to purchase additional packages. We were given an hour to review and make a decision on which photos we would like to keep and purchase as a family. I was really impressed by the technical skills and the high quality of the photographs. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Had great passport photos taken. Efficient, friendly service. They were happy to send digital copies when requested.

Suzie and team were amazing with my newborn son and 3 year old son. Photos we got were absolutely amazing, can’t wait to get the prints! While taking the photographs they were amazing with both of them and were really patient when it came to changing and feeding and with my older son who kept getting distracted but she had him belly laughing. We have had photographs taken each year for the past 9 years. We have photographs as a family or just the children and this year we included our dog! The reason we keep returning to Dave Williams Photography is because the photographs are outstanding. Suzy and her team are professional and know exactly how to get the perfect picture. The shoots are quick, stressless and fun. The prices are very reasonable and there is never a hard sell at the end or pressure to buy, but their work speaks for its self and every year we have trouble limiting the amount of pictures we buy!!!! The service and communication each year is exceptional. We will be back again next year without a doubt for the 10th year! Anyone who is thinking of having professional photographs taken then go to Dave Williams Photography!

We won a free session and I assumed it would be pretty basic but the photographer and director of shoot were thorough, encouraging and fun. My son has never had professional photos done and they worked hard to make him comfortable and get natural shots. We got some beautiful shots to choose from and they were happy to make tweaks as requested. I would highly recommend this studio for really lovely photos and great customer service.
