Datacord were incredibly helpful in setting us up with a new machine for our office. Very happy with the replacement machine recommended by Jason and Jason's sales service overall. There were a couple of set-up queries that were resolved after the initial installation, and the Datacord techs (Nathan in particular) were very generous with both their knowledge and time in helping us find solutions that best worked for us. Thank you to all Datacord personnel involved, we're very grateful.

We were incredibly impressed with Datacord's prompt service when our Sharp photocopier recently needed a replacement part. Datacord's service department were a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to have the machine up and running again. Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and replaced the problematic part in no time at all. We appreciated his wonderful sense of humour and really appreciated his polite friendliness. Datacord recently supplied me with a Cannon copier. Their price was competitive to the market. They promptly came out to our office to present their proposal. The best part was the installation. Completely detailed and problem-solved everything. They had shortcuts set out to save time on site and was very professional. Has my highest recommendation.
