Maria and Julian were helpful, professional and creative. Lovely to deal with. They took into consideration our long 'wish list' for our outdoor space, and came up with a plan that accommodated all the requirements, with space, flow and lovely aesthetics. The plans and planting lists are clear and easy to work with. We are excited to build it!
Won't let you see the drafting until payment is made. Didn't read instructions on design, didn't reply or get in contact with email or phone call, (had to chase them up constantly), took over 2 weeks to get the final drafting and it still wasn't correct. Was told the developers would except the plan and you can change it later.
I think -1 star is a fair rating/review.

I have been working with Maria for couple of years now. As an Architect, i cant praise their designs enough. Julian and Maria are very professional and provide A+ service to all of my clients. I would definitely recommend for Landscape Services

Julian and Maria filled our brief completely, they were very responsive to our suggestions and requirements. The final design gives us a garden that attractS the birds and the bees, is suited to our local weather and is just so interesting. We love the different levels and are very happy with the plan they designed for us.

We had a huge blank canvas which we needed help designing, from the front to the back of our property, over an acre in all. Maria & Julian created the exact vision we wanted, old english style features with french hampton gardens. The video with the design really helped my husband to visualise what the end product was going to look like, and our Landscapers referred back to this and the plan constantly to make sure we were on track with all the elements. Our property is now divine and we have many people every day come and do drivebys. It really is stunning and we didn't know where to start, these guys nailed it first go. Highly recommend. Melinda.

Dapple did a landscape design for our new house build.
Pros:
- Fairly quick at getting back to you with enquiries.
- Julian made an effort to look at local garden & investigate throughly to ensure that he chose plants that best suited our climate.
- landscape designs he came back with were beautiful.
- Provided an upfront price without the need to charge just to look at the property first.
Cons:
- I found that Julian would be reluctant to make the changes we wanted that weren't as aesthetically pleasing.
- I felt like I only had 1 chance to make changes and felt I was then brushed off. I did bring this up with him and he rectified the issues.
- lots of the landscape plan involving land levels were not practicle when trying to put into practice. We had to add many steps on our sloping block that were not on the plan and also the steps that were on the plan weren't in the best spot when our landscaper attempted to put the plan into practice.
- In relation to land levels the plan is very much a guide, not a plan.

If the house plan we work from lacks accurate details of ground levels, the landscaper may install features like steps incorrectly, or have other questions. A quick phone call is always welcome! We'll use your feedback to remind clients that landscapers should call if they're uncertain.

We are building through a project builder and the issue was not that Dapple did not eventually respond, but we were not consulted at all during the design process. Dapple submitted what looked like a basic cookie cutter plan and we had no say in what plants were used and then these plans were submitted by the builder to council.
Not sure what we were paying for as we did not like the plants chosen and were later told we could just replace the plants on the design with ones we wanted - which defeats the whole purpose of it really. The issue was supposedly "resolved" because we gave up pushing things when we felt we were never going to get the plans amended or be properly consulted with
