Since this concern was just reported this morning and the cleaning happened over five weeks ago, it's difficult to determine what may have caused the damage, given the time that had passed and the many potential contributing factors. As we mentioned previously, we take great care to use only safe, floor-friendly cleaning products like ZEP and BONA, and we work hard to avoid any excessive water usage. That said, we took your concern seriously and wanted to submit a claim to our insurance provider for further investigation, but it seems that wasn’t the route you wanted to take. We always aim to address issues in a fair and professional manner, and we regret that we weren’t able to resolve this in the way that you desired. We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you all the best moving forward.
