Incredible service! They leave my house smelling delicious! I would totally recommend the services as they are quick but also they are very detail focused, so I can keep on my day since I know the house will be pristine when I get back. 10/10 customer service as well, Kent and Ivan both have been fantastic!

They are so kind and do a wonderful job, far more than I expected! Lots of attention to detail and very responsive to the customer.

I used Dallas Sunrise Maids for a move out clean on a property and I was thoroughly impressed. Their communication and customer service was on point. They sent a few reminders, which made me feel better because I wasn’t afraid they wouldn’t show up. When the appointment day arrived the cleaners were exactly on time, had all their own supplies and equipment, and did a fantastic job! I wish I had written their names down. When the job was completed, they asked me to walk through and make sure everything was satisfactory. They had missed a couple of small spots, that weren’t a big deal, but they cheerfully touched them up. The only negative was they didn’t accept cards (or even Zelle or some other form of e-payment) so I had to run to the ATM for cash. I believe they also take checks but I haven’t written a check in 10 years and wouldn’t know where one is. Looking back to the confirmation that info was communicated in advance though and I just didn’t see it. Overall, a 5 star experience. Highly recommend. They also found a missing diamond earring and I found that they had left it on the counter!

I like this is not a franchise, family owned. We needed a deep clean on a home we bought. The 2 ladies spent 4 hours, did a very good job cleaning everything as they said. The house did not have furniture yet. I will use Dallas Sunrise again. Prices were more affordable than a franchise cleaning service.

I hired Dallas Sunrise Maids to clean our new home before we moved in. I was pleased to see all of the 5-star reviews. When I booked the appointment I informed them that the house had already been cleaned but some areas were not done well, specifically inside the cabinets and drawers. They told me they would clean everything including inside the cabinets and drawers. A two-person crew arrived. They spoke little to no English which was different than what I was told. However, when they were finished I proceeded to try and review what they cleaned. They appeared annoyed with me doing so and assured me that they cleaned inside cabinets, etc. I paid them in cash with a tip. They didn't even say thank you. After they left, I proceeded to open all drawers and cabinets all over the house. It was very clear at that point that they DID NOT clean inside all cabinets and drawers. I called Dallas Sunrise Maids to tell them about the service. They asked ME questions like "how long do you think it would take them to clean the cabinets?" How should I know?! You're the professional cleaners, not me! His line of questioning was just to box me into how much a refund I should get. Dallas Sunrise Maids provided me with a $25 dollar credit. I guess that's reimbursement for MY time to clean all of the cabinets and drawers in a 3000+ sq ft house. I do not recommend this company.

Animal lovers - listen up! My ladies have been cleaning my house for over a year and my dog, Chloe, loves them. Now they are also cleaning my mom's, where she has a cat who loves them too. No fur-baby worries with these folks!

The bag in the living room disappeared. I checked everywhere, including the trash can, but couldn't find it. They say they have never seen it.

The ladies were professional, focused and my house has never smelled this clean and we have 3 dogs! And the quality check was a special and nice touch.

The girls did a great job and worked hard. Very courteous and nice. They missed a few drawers and baseboards but cleaned them as soon as I mentioned it.
