Marco Pineda is an honest down to earth kind of man!! He is so knowledgable in the real estate world. When it came to selling my grandmothers home, I was clueless! When I met with Marco he made sure that I was covered. He purchased my Grandma's house and closed the deal in 8 days and presented a fair CASH offer for the property. I didn't have to pay any closing cost which helped since my grandmother was going to a retirement home!
