The worst business service in Dubai ever. They will tell you anything to get you in, but good luck trying to get out, get your security deposit back, or even have a garbage bag changed. The offices are dirty and smell bad; I hired the space for a year and have only been less than 15 times. The lights flicker, it's always hot, and no one seems to care when you complain. We've been following their account—who is among the biggest liars in history—to get our security deposit returned, but each time we do, he gives us an excuse. It has been six months, and they're still cheating us out of three thousand dirhams. They have no regard for their customers at all and are quite manipulative and cheap. Horrible place!Horrible experience!

Dear Management, I used your service for one month. I spoke to one of the concerned person at 12 floor. I paid him 400 AED on 20 April 2024. Afterwards 2 of my clients visited there in my absence and the reception person said there is no such company. Though I provided him with my license and everything. I also explained to him the nature of my work that I won't be coming everyday. I used coworking for hardly 6 days in the whole month because my work is online and I need space for meetings Only. But this has nothing to do with CZAR BUSINESS CENTER. Yesterday he said I can't continue with you anymore. He mentioned the nature of your business activities. Management asked me to not continue with you anymore. If the nature of the business is not worthy for your business center then you shouldn't ask us to take the place first hand. He took money also and not even bothered to give any receipt. This shows the unprofessionalism of CZAR BUSINESS CENTER.

Czar offers a great workspace with the amazing staff who are always looking for feedback to improve on. The space offers a great internet connection and there are plenty additional facilities with the condition working and recreational area, which is great. The workspace is located on a perfect location directly connected with the Sheikh Zayed Road, easy parking available and the building is connected with the metro. This offer a perfect commute option for both clients and staffs. The office has the great view, friendly neighbours. It is a fun to work in a cooperative and friendly environment like czar workspace and I recommend this to anyone who loves working in a peaceful and luxurious environment. Also, the coffee at Cafe Czar is just amazing 😍.
