This pest control service experience has been the most unsatisfactory one for my family. Robert made accusations that the traps were tampered with, stating that "the family let the raccoons out of the traps" because fir was on the cage. The cages were placed in a crawl space, and releasing a raccoon would have resulted in an attack by the raccoons, as they had babies under the house. While waiting for the completion of the service, the A/C duct remained disconnected due to the raccoons tampering with it. The initial contact for business was made on April 30th, 2024, and service was paid on May 3rd, 2024. Robert stated that if the service wasn't completed in two weeks that a full refund would be given, and he would remove the raccoons himself. Three weeks passed with several visits, and in that time, our father-in-law suffered from early-onset heatstroke due to the excessive heat in the house. A refund was requested on May 24th due to the incomplete service. We gave Robert another opportunity to rectify the situation and to keep the money if they can dispell the family of raccoons under the house. However, upon his return, he made the aforementioned accusation about tampering and freeing the raccoons, addressing our mother-in-law, and stating, "I have a bone to pick with you." Consequently, we requested another refund on June 12th. As of June 25th, we have not received any refund, and we have been informed that they are consulting their lawyers regarding this matter. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and we strongly advise against using this service.

Robert was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all processes and even ingredients in products I bought beforehand. Fleas are no joke! Call Robert for all your pest control needs.

Robert of Custom Pest is great. Helped me get out of a contract with another provider who wasn't doing what they should have been. His price is very reasonable, he deals with all types of bugs (with wicked effectiveness) and can diagnose them easily by descripition of a novice. Service is always prompt and courteous. He puts my mind at ease when we have discovered new bug hide outs. He also very interesting (degree in entomology (the study of bugs)), I always enjoy watching him work (it's thorough) hearing about the science of bugs. Veteran owned to boot. I've had 3 pest services he is FAR AND AWAY my favorite.
