We have used Custom Air for over 10 years. They always gave us excellent service and would respond to our needs very quickly, always same day service. After talking to service manger, Ronnie Lauch, our old system needed to be replaced. Jason and Chris installed a new unit as well as new duct work. These 2 guys are top notch installers. The price was fair and they went over and above that was expected. We highly recommend Custom Air!!!

This company had the audacity to plug their equipment into my electrical outlet and didn't even ask me when they were working on a neighbor's place! Be careful if they pull up next door!

The staff is always helpful. Ronnie discussed many options and detailed the benefits of each AC model. The new AC installation included a new outside pad, new plywood on inside blower, new thermostat in new location: all looked great. The AC provides loads of cold air and fast. I'm more than pleased with the results.

We just had a new Carrier System installed. Our previous system unexpected died due to a coil leak. Called Custom Air around 4 pm on July 3rd. Ronnie made things happen, found equipment at local distributor and scheduled me for a 9AM install for July 5th (at my request) to ensure we had cooling for the week-end. The technicians were great and did a really good job. The install was clean and proper, not like some hack jobs I have seen from other local installers. I also got 3 quotes and custom air was also the cheapest. They provide honest opinions and suggestions and don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need. I highly recommend Custon Air Systems.

Whenever you call to make an appointment or to discuss an issue, the way that the staff ( manager, receptionist, others) answers the phone transcends their readiness to do business with you. You do not physically see them, but you can detect in their voice the enthusiasm, the politeness, and the professionalism , which constitutes the core of a well established business. I would recommend Custom Air Systems Inc. to anyone looking for a very well suited company.
I called to have my ac coils cleaned, since I recently bought my home. There was a musty smell coming from vents when unit came on. When the technician went to the air intake to check filter, I told him it was new and the smell was from the unit itself. He suggested putting an air freshener inside the duct. I told him, I was allergic and would never do that, emphasizing you don’t coverup an odor. I followed the two techs outside where the other tech played with the drip line. I kept suggesting the coils probably were dirty. When I realized he was finished with his assessment, I said maybe there was standing water underneath the house. He wanted more money and I said, no I agreed to pay $89 and expected an answer to my problem even checking underneath. The office told him to check underneath and as he was closing up I went inside to get money. As I entered the house, I was hit with a wall of perfume and chemicals. I flipped out and asked the first tech if he sprayed perfume in my house? The main tech said it wasn’t perfume, it was what they spray on filters. I felt like I was going into anaphylaxis. I was so upset that now my house has chemicals in the hvac system. I could hardly write the check. He took the filter to get a replacement and I said, forget it. I didn’t want them back in my house, EVER. It took me two weeks to feel able to go to their office. I had cleaned all around that area and bought new hepa, nothing helped. The manager was unconcerned and every question I asked, to resolve my problem, was shrugged off. I contacted a chain of referrals, from duct cleaners to air quality who might help correct this problem they created. It seems the simplest was removing ducts and replacing ac unit. Yesterday was six weeks, I went to the office to get a picture of the spray can with ingredients. I got the runaround. I was going to my specialist and needed to see what was in that spray. Today I called back and was told it was Lysol. I asked for a picture to be text and was told the truck had been out of operation and it was impossible to know what may have happened to the can. The manager has taken the position it is my fault I have allergies. I hope this review might help someone avoid suffering. I attach a picture of the brand new Dyson recording the VOC count in my bedroom after the tech sprayed the intake. Some VOC take a year or more to dissipate (if ever).

They have since serviced our unit. Appointments were made quickly the receptionist way delightful and the techs explained and showed you the problems and explained the solution in plain English. They don't go all tech on you. Down to earth. Thank you for continued service
