CS Notepad handle all our firms First Notification of Loss incoming calls from potential customers. They also deal with some of our bookings. We have found them to be a very responsive and reliable and are delighted with their service. They also have an out of hours line and operate 24/7 which is very useful for us. I would be happy to recommend them to any SME business like us!

I’ve had a really great experience with CSNotepad so far. The service has been smooth, professional and very easy to set up, which is exactly what you want when you’re running a business. Oli has been incredibly helpful throughout and very hands on whenever I’ve had questions. It’s reassuring to know there’s a real person on the other end who responds quickly and actually helps solve things. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend to other small business owners.

We have been using CS Notepad for several years last year CS Notepad didnt answer one call for us in 6 months but they continued to take their monthly payment, when you try and contact them to discuss the six months worth of charges that need to be refunded, CS Notepad will totally ignore you, account managers do return your calls hopeless.

Hi Stefan,

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but this review doesn’t reflect what actually happened. Your account was suspended because payments stopped for several months, leaving it five months in arrears. During that time, your service was inactive as no payments were being made.

Once payment was eventually received, a technical oversight meant your service wasn’t reactivated straightaway. Although the service should only have been affected briefly after payments restarted, we offered two months of credit as a goodwill gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience.

We’re disappointed you’ve chosen to leave a one-star review that doesn’t reflect the full circumstances, but we do appreciate the feedback. We’ve since added an additional check to make sure suspended accounts are reactivated promptly once payment is received.

Hi Heather,

I’m sorry you are unhappy with the communication you’ve received from us. I can see that you emailed to cancel your service on the 3rd September and received a reply the following day, but since then there’s been some back and forth because of the old contract you’re on that was transferred to us as part of an acquisition. This made what is normally a simple process more complicated than it should have been, and I’m sorry for that. Your account manager has now confirmed your closure date today, and I’m sorry again for the delay while this was resolved.
