LDP Services recently had Alex from Crystal take our services over from another provider. After months being let down by our previous supplier Alex was able to step in straight away and get our telecommunications services up and running the way they are supposed to.
All rewired for faster services and a straightforward plan, we were set up within few days.
I have no problem in recommending Alex for telecommunications services and I am looking to explore further services including call centre management and multi-virtual number services.

Supplied me with a very memorable landline number which is linked to my mobile phone so I can always answer calls even when not in the office.
Gives a professional feel to a small business when you haven’t always got people in the workplace to answer the phone.
Also received helpful and prompt response to any questions or queries.

We are really pleased with the phone system and installation service supplied by Alex at Crystal Voice Data. Training on how to use the system was very thorough and any questions we have had since have been promptly answered. It's also much more efficient having a one stop shop for all our telecoms.

It’s always a bit daunting when it comes to having new tech installed. You never know if you’re being up sold or undersold a product. From the off, Alex listened to what I was actually looking for and delivered. Incredible service along with great communication throughout. I would have ended up spending more on something I didn’t need without Alex’s advice. Great work. 👍
