Warning: Crystal Valet Franchise Experience I ran a Crystal Valet franchise for a few months and it was one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. These people are a nightmare to work with. They never return money from online bookings on time, they rob you with nearly €200 a month in so-called “marketing fees” that have zero justification, and the rent is extortionate. They even take money for a contract but never bother to give you one — I waited over six months and still nothing. And when you finally decide you’ve had enough and want to sell, they magically invent “outstanding payments” to avoid paying you what you’re owed. Don’t expect to ever see your deposit again either — once they’ve got it, it’s gone. Crystal Valet are dishonest, unprofessional, and exploitative. If you’re considering a franchise with them, save yourself the stress and money — walk away.

Vouchers are a scam - Don't buy! My kids bought me a full valet for Christmas costing €140. It is impossible to use the voucher as you can only book online and their telephone number is only an answering machine. The website accepts the voucher but doesn't apply the discount and is looking for the full €140 payment via a credit card. Tried to call the local numbers and they can't help either. Total scam artists

Scam I booked and prepaid for a valet in Oranmore. I showed up and no one was there, turns out the franchise went out of business. There is no phone number you can call to speak to someone (the voicemail tells you to email). Eventually after emails, I received a call back and I was told I would be refunded. Since then, after 3+ weeks I still have no refund and no response to texts, emails or PayPal messages.

Excellent Service I left my car into Red Car Park Dublin Airport. I phoned to get instructions which at first sounded complicated as it was my first time using the airport valet but actually turned out to be fine. If it is your first time using the service give yourself an extra half hour just in case. I expect next time I use Crystal Valet I will be much quicker. The key drop off is the ground floor of the car park beside T1. The "old car park". Very handy to arrivals entrance and also right beside the car park bus drop off. There is actually a gap beside the red bus stop to walk through. I got a text to collect my keys and my car was left in the Red Car Park valet drop off. I could not fault a single thing and my car was as good as new inside and out. The car was dropped off in a terrible state as it hadn't been cleaned properly in years. The seats had marks from moisture and as I play a lot of sport there was grass everywhere. It must have taken a lot of time. Without doubt I would do this again.

I'd have been a lot happier if I was told beforehand that there has to be enough fuel in the tank to run the engine for at least an hour while they use the car's air conditioning to dry out the seats and carpets that have just been washed. My car came straight from the garage and was practically empty, so after it had been delivered to Crystal Valet, I had to get fuel cans, take a taxi to a garage to fill them and then take the fuel back to the garage. An extra €40 on top of the €100 I spent on the cleaning. Not a word of apology when I mentioned it. Just to put the icing on the cake, over the weekend, I found out the fuel tank's cap was missing. Went back but they "couldn't find it"!
