Vouchers are a scam - Don't buy! My kids bought me a full valet for Christmas costing €140. It is impossible to use the voucher as you can only book online and their telephone number is only an answering machine. The website accepts the voucher but doesn't apply the discount and is looking for the full €140 payment via a credit card. Tried to call the local numbers and they can't help either. Total scam artists

Crystal valet cork merchants quay amazing ! Service Me and my husband get our cars done here 2-3 times a year crystal valet in cork merchants quay are amazing ! Their attention to detail is great , the quality of the cleaning ! Is so professional they make the car look like you just took it out of the show room! So friendly and great customer service only €6 parking fee when you get the car cleaned with them, we will definitely be more regular customers especially in the merchants key branch in cork !!

Great service and unbelievable staff Service was amazing, my Audi looked brand new again. Also left my wallet behind and the staff went out of the way to get it back to me. 👍👍👍

Scam I booked and prepaid for a valet in Oranmore. I showed up and no one was there, turns out the franchise went out of business. There is no phone number you can call to speak to someone (the voicemail tells you to email). Eventually after emails, I received a call back and I was told I would be refunded. Since then, after 3+ weeks I still have no refund and no response to texts, emails or PayPal messages.

Brilliant- shout out to Pat We have gone to Crystal Valet a few times in Dublin Airport- Pat who runs it is fantastic - such a nice person and very organised. Really reliable and we always happy collecting our car. Rarely come across staff as good as Pat 🙏

Did not clean baby seat nor boot !!! Did not clean baby seat nor boot however removed it put it in boot …. CAR WASNT PROPERLY WASHED AND THE BOOT AND RUBBER WAS STILL DIRTY. IT DIDNT EVEN SMELL AS IF ANYTHING HAD BEEN DONE. Fantastic service Left my 2007 car in for valeting with Avi at Crystal Valet. My car looked brand new, inside and out, when I collected it. Really great service. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I LEFT MY CAR IN T2. PAID 159 FOR A FULL VALET. AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED IT WAS A TOTAL RUSH JOB. CAR WASNT PROPERLY WASHED AND THE BOOT AND RUBBER WAS STILL DIRTY. IT DIDNT EVEN SMELL AS IF ANYTHING HAD BEEN DONE. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AND AER LINGUS TO SAY HOW UNHAPPY I WAS BUT HEARD NOTHING FROM EITHER. MOST CERTAINLY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM

Excellent Service I left my car into Red Car Park Dublin Airport. I phoned to get instructions which at first sounded complicated as it was my first time using the airport valet but actually turned out to be fine. If it is your first time using the service give yourself an extra half hour just in case. I expect next time I use Crystal Valet I will be much quicker. The key drop off is the ground floor of the car park beside T1. The "old car park". Very handy to arrivals entrance and also right beside the car park bus drop off. There is actually a gap beside the red bus stop to walk through. I got a text to collect my keys and my car was left in the Red Car Park valet drop off. I could not fault a single thing and my car was as good as new inside and out. The car was dropped off in a terrible state as it hadn't been cleaned properly in years. The seats had marks from moisture and as I play a lot of sport there was grass everywhere. It must have taken a lot of time. Without doubt I would do this again.

Disgraceful service Regrettably, my experience with Crystal valet Jervis street car park was highly disappointing. Despite paying for a service explicitly including an interior clean, the manager argued that this service didn't cover interior cleaning. This contradiction was frustrating, especially after receiving a poorly executed cleaning job. The staff's dismissive attitude towards honoring the paid service compounded the issue. Their inability to acknowledge their mistake and rectify it, alongside the subsequent damage caused to my car, left me deeply dissatisfied with their service. Their cleaning service fell far below expectations. Despite evidence of the promised service, my car was returned still dirty. When I raised the issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Their attempt to rectify the situation left my car smelling damp due to improperly dried seats, which resulted in damage to a sensor. The staff's rudeness added to the dissatisfaction. Overall, a deeply unsatisfactory experience."

Great Service I highly recommend! Had a mini valet done at Crystal Valet in Tallaght Cross West ! Great service!
