The Blink Fitness gym I was going to closed so I tried this one. The price is good, but that's about it. The place was super crowded and veryyyyy dirty. Not nearly enough machines to compensate for the number of people there. Hardly any leg machines & getting a leg workout in was nearly impossible. I would rather go to a planet fitness than this gym...

i'm really disappointed in this gym. with all the amenities, I thought it would be great. however, my friend has been trying to get rid of these three training sessions that TWO trainers have fallen through for. They were either flaky or leaving the gym for some other reason and were no longer able to be her trainer. All she wants is to get her money back for the three remaining classes. she is a busy, full-time working young woman and cannot deal with anyone else and their uber-specific schedule, and/or people quitting on her. she has now reached out at least four separate times, and it seems the manager, Chris, is avoiding her and not returning her calls, and coincidentally is "not there" whenever she wants to discuss this matter in person. DO BETTER CRUNCH, she is a loyal customer and has been for years. if this simple matter cannot be reconciled, she can happily find business elsewhere. if you are considering training sessions, DO NOT DO THEM!!! or at least triple check that you find one that will NOT quit on you and is reliable!!!!

if you go online it will show you that you can cancel your membership anytime with zero cost but when i go this gym nd this this gym is fully packed no equipment free to workout nd i decide to cancel it with my time period.. when i call to cancel my membership then they told me no you have to pay one month extra fee nd annuall fee bla bla . nd i have to call 6 times to cancel my membership.. its horrible experience with crunch .i recommend to everyone please be careful when you get membership of this gym , they show you different thing but in contract is different thing … one word for crunch is scammers

Worst customer service when it comes to getting your money back. I cancelled my membership last August and was still getting charged through December of 2025. I got the yearly charge credited back to my card but it's basically May of 2026 and they still owe me 3 months of membership fees for months I was never there. Ridiculous that 5 months later I have to fight for my money back. Plus, it's the same crap every time I call. "I can leave a message for the manager." "The manager isn't here". Yeah, ok!!

Huge potholes when entering from Newbridge road right after gas station and before Corey Lane. Potholes everywhere in front & back parking lot. How about you make your entrance fit before naming your business fitness? Most unfit parking lot goes to crunch fitness.

I've been going to this gym for a few weeks now and I love it. For one, the membership fee is affordable, especially for the quality of gym that it is. The locker rooms and bathrooms are clean, as well as the equipment. For the workout equipment, they have a good variety of machines and other items for if you need to target minute muscle group or need a different level of leverage. My only gripe is how crowded the gym is after work hours. It does make it difficult to use specific equipment, especially if you need a bench. Despite this, I think becoming a member here is well worth it.

The gym is equipped with all types of cardio equipment, from cardio to strength training. All the equipment is modern and in excellent condition. I especially liked the benches and machines for back and chest training; they are very comfortable and adjustable.
