Tammy Stewart was my sales lady when I bought my first vehicle at Crosstown, and she was fantastic. She was very polite and straightforward in showing me what I was looking for. And she was so professional about everything about the vehicle she was showing me, and it didn’t take very long to convince me that it was the vehicle that I was looking for.
And when it was time for me to trade my vehicle, she was there to meet me again, and sure enough after showing me some vehicles, didn’t take very long to convince again that she’s got the vehicle that I would love. She was right, now that I’ve got me a very beautiful vehicle and I so live it. She is best best sales lady, very intelligent and smart and really knows the vehicles she’s selling. Yes Crosstown dealership is the best to get a vehicle, new or used. All the staff are very polite and helpful and professional 100% .

Staff was very friendly, saw to me fast. They couldn't help me themselves, but through zero fault of their own. But they were able to point me in the right direction to get what I needed.

Have a 2024 truck go into limp mode and they told me it would be a week before they even tried to look at it an won’t give me a rental in the mean time leaving me stranded with no way to get to work. Meanwhile all the work is covered under my warranty including the rental car plus I’m still making payments on my truck and have no vehicle
If I could give a zero I would. We moved back to Canada and needed a vehicle immediately. We didn't buy it at crosstown but our brand new truck was due for an oil change. Crosstown refused to book an appointment. They are ridiculous and and petty. Will never be a customer again as we had previously purchased vehicles there.
Had a fantastic sales experience with Angie at Crosstown! Went in for a test drive to be thorough in trying all the midsize truck options and within a week landed on this new to me Colorado.

Bought a 2024 Silverado in October of 2024, within the first 6000 kms my truck started experiencing paint flaking off on all 4 corners of the truck. I reached out to my salesmen about possibly trading out or atleast getting it sorted out. Nothing came of it ended up going the prouse chev where the issue took another 9 months multiple visits just to submit my claim.
