Good luck canceling this over priced product. If you cancel they keep shipping and only refund part of what they take from your credit card. I have been fighting this for three months. They say they will cancel and refund... LIES ALL LIES!!!! Still trying to get my money back after every shipment has been returned. I did not sign up for a subscription!

This company Body Firm for Crepe Erase is a scam.
When you order a trial they lock you into a '3 month package' and charge you $270 at $93 per month.
So do not order the trial unless you want to be surprised by their unethical 3 months charges.
Then when you want to return the product you'll have to pay for shipping to get it back to them.
All this when you never agreed to a subscription or even know they've locked you in.

Crepe Erase has outsourced their company to a country that doesn't speak English well.
I'm not a member but order 2 things from crepe erase a couple times a year. In August I placed my order. A month later I got a postcard from crepe erase stating that my order will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. ITS OCTOBER AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER! I CALLED THEM 2 weeks ago and requested to speak to a supervisor who lived in America. They told me that someone will call me back in the next 48hours. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO!!
IM EXTREMELY ANGRY ABOUT THIS! THEY TOOK MY MONEY IN AUGUST AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT!!

It’s one of those push down type applicators that give the perfect amount with each pump. It's a air tight jar that dispenses a small amount, so you wont over do it and take too much. This product is great for fine lines, wrinkles, and dry patches, like crepey skin. It’s quite a good moisturizer and leaves my neck feeling pleasant and soft. The ingredients are very top quality to ensure results. Using this overtime will help your skin to look smoother and younger. Crepe Erase Refining Facial Scrub This stuff is great for my skin. I have been using this facial This stuff is great for my skin. I have been using this facial scrub for about 2 1/2 weeks and really like it. I've used a lot of different scrubs and facial cleansing products, but more than most, this one leaves my face feeling soft and not stripped. I think the lines/creases that go around my cheens have faded a bit, and that's very encouraging. You have to stay consistent with the products, I use the same brand on my face and body so I can achieve the results I want. Some of the facial products I have used cause a sensitivity to the sun, but I haven't found that to be a problem with Crepe Erase products. I like the stimulation of the scrubbing beads as well as the luxurious feel of the gel like substance the beads are suspended in. The directions say to use this product daily, and I have tried it in the morning in the shower as well as in the evening. I massage it onto my skin for close to one minute and half (the directions say to rub it in gently for 1-2 minutes). My skin is not overly sensitive, but I'm very fair, so I do have to be careful. My results have been good so far.

Wow. As a black girl, moisturizing my body is a must or else it will show real bad. I’ve tried every cream, lotion, butter you can imagine. I have never found something so moisturizing that I can lay in bed with and not feel disgusting (you know the feeling). This is so deeply hydrating, it sets down into this satin-y finish and is so comfortable on the skin. Even my horribly dry feet are soft. I also love that you don’t have to worry about using too much, it spreads so beautifully on the skin, I can slap some on my upper body and get it down to my lower body without any struggle. A friend was getting rid of this and it was never something I’d buy as I am 26 but this is now my new holy grail. Think I might cry when it’s time to reup $$$. Lol.

enjoyed the Crepe Erase Advanced Body Repair Treatment Ultra. Here is what I liked about using this, it definitely added hydration to my skin and it has a rich texture. Light scent I definitely could notice a difference in the crepe appearance on my needs and arms. I also love the actual component and how it comes out because it gives the perfect amount of product each time. My skin was visible more hydrates I often get dry flaky skin here and there on my body and this was truly helpful in combating that. I had a very positive experience and no bad reactions when using this. This also has firming benefits which makes it different than just a moisturizer or lotion. I love the results that I get when using this. As I age I have noticed the crepe looking skin and I am so happy to have found something to help with this issue because I was always embarrassed of my arms and legs . This is a great product for people dealing with similar skin issues and it truly is a rich and nice formula.

This stuff is amazing. I have been using it for a couple of years now and I love it. I recommend it to all my friends. My dermatologist commented on how "well hydrated" my skin is. It has especially helped my neck décolletage.I try and make it last longer by not using it on my legs everyday, but when they need a boost (for instance to much sun-tanning) I use it on my legs. Yes, it is pricey but to me it is worth it because of the results. I can't live without it. LOVE IT

If your looking for a miracle cure for crepe skin well this isn't it! Saw no real improvement over 30 days . It is a nice moisturizer and my skin feels softer but for the crepe skin not a game chager.

I love this stuff! This product is the holy grail of crepe skin. After losing over 80 lbs my skin started to sag- and I ordered this from Amazon after watching the commercial and I use all of the products. Would def keep buying them.
I wanted to love this product and it work 😐 I've used it for a month and a half everyday twice a day. It's a great moisturizer, but unfortunately did not help my chest at all which is not too bad. I just wanted to start early before it got worse. Not worth the money if you're looking for results.
