This will be a long review because I have soooo much to say about this clinic. First off, I had a dental emergency from a toothache that did not let me sleep, eat or even think. I had an appt set up elsewhere for Wednesday but my toothache was horrible and that was the soonest they could see me. From the moment I called Creekside, they were so helpful and understanding! And they got me in 30 mins from when i called!! 30 mins!! Then when I got to the back, Drea and Kim were so amazing! They listened to everything I had to say and were so compassionate and caring and so eager to help me. I had to get an extraction and they were checking up on me the whole procedure and Drea went as far as to hold my hand because I had told her I had dental anxiety. I just loved that they went step by step explaining the aftercare instructions. And Dr. M was amazing too, she walked me through everything she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable and cared for. This has been by far the best dental experience I have ever had. From scheduling to front desk to being seeing and then checkout everything was phenomenal. If I could give more than five stars I would in a heartbeat.

The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive from start to finish. The office was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The dental team took the time to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the level of care provided. I love the dental staff and would highly recommend Creekside Family Dental to anyone seeking quality dental care and I love how the hygienist Maria went into detail about my teeth and brushing, I really loved how she made me comfortable. I highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at Creekside Family Dental! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
