I have been coming to Creative Works E17 for years; it is one of the original local coworking communities in E17 and London.
One of the best things about this place is the enormous amount of natural light.
It is a five-minute walk from Black Horse Road Tube so that you can be based here, zip down to Kings Cross or Highbury and Islington on the Victoria line, and be in town in fifteen minutes.
Also, Creative Works is close to fantastic coffee shops that sell well-made espresso coffee! - Armstrong Audio - Coffee & Repair Shop and Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters.
We have run the Creator Write Club Meet Up here every Wednesday since the COVID lockdown ended.

I have been hot-desking here for several months now and I love it. The people are friendly, the space is calm, peaceful and spacious and it's really helped me focus on my work - cannot recommend Creative Works enough!

Friendly, comfortable and creative place to work. Inexpensive and also lots of extras (excellent wifi, breakfast, wide selection of tea and coffee). We've been here for 3 years now and there is a lot of support to help you grow your business, as well as connections to a vibrant creative community.
I landed on my feet finding Creative Works. It's an inspiring space with lot of natural light and a quiet yet welcome atmosphere, part of a local creative community, with a wide range of facilities from casual hot desking up through to dedicated offices. The team is professional and competent, yet friendly and flexible, handling random walk-ins through to catering for large gatherings. There's regular community events and talks, yet if you need to just sit down and quietly get to work, you can. Also unlimited (good) coffee, and local bakery breakfasts.
Great workspace with an amazing community. SoreThumbStudio® have been here for more than 3 years and have had the best experience. Creativeworks is not just a place to work; they organise weekly and monthly events, including talks, breakfast mornings, and drinks. Creativeworks has been a superb and a solid base for us to grow from. First - I booked a tour to see the space on the website and when I got there was told the person who does that was away. In response to CWS' gaslighting reply - you're pulling details out of your a***, I booked my tour on your little calendar, I didn't just turn up.
Second - I asked about using the scanner (not printer) and was told I could just use it. I went through all my folders of artwork and organised a bunch of things to scan, lugged them in. Was told there was actually a charge to use the scanner. In response to CWS' reply - this wasn't a misunderstanding, I was straight up told the wrong information. Take some responsibility, train your staff, whatever - but stop gaslighting your potential clients.
Third - made the mistake of initially signing up for a recurring monthly contract then 5 minutes later said to reception that I wanted to book a one off month instead. I had already paid the deposit which was apparently not necessary when booking a one off month - but couldn't be repaid until the next month. This was on June 4th - it's now July 22nd and they have still not repaid my money, despite knowing for nearly 2 months that it needs to be paid back to me. I'm having to get my bank to get it back for me.
I advise anyone interested in hot desking to look elsewhere.

Great space, fantastic team, great facilities and welcome atmosphere. This place is run really well, and the staff really care. It's the perfect place to get your work done and interact with friendly people if you're a remote worker or freelancer. Also has free and unlimited coffee and breakfast. I've tried out a bunch, this is the best coworking space in London,

I’ve been using Creative Works for a couple of months now on a hot-desking basis and have had an enjoyable and productive time. The quiet, calm atmosphere makes it very easy to concentrate, and the staff are friendly and capable. All in all, it’s an excellent place to come and work and I would thoroughly recommend it!

I've been a Creative Works memeber for five years, and still love it. It offers a variety of seating options, fast internet, and private areas for meetings. The vibrant community and regular networking events make it easy to connect and grow professionally. Plus, it's super clean and conveniently located. A top-notch choice for productivity and networking! Five stars!
We've had a desk here for around a year now and we love it! It's a great location, a cool space and the team who work to keep it all going are lovely and super helpful. Come check it out!
A fantastic and inclusive place to work, filled with a diverse and talented group of creatives. There is access to plenty of facilities, which include free good quality filter coffee, tea, breakfast, and fast, reliable wifi. The place is managed by a wonderful team of hardworking staff, who ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, they organise a range of social events that bring the community together.
A bright, spacious and friendly co-working space with good kitchen facilities, easy to access printing and office supplies and private call spaces. I'm a recent hot desking member and wish I'd found it sooner. A must-visit for those local to BH Road and Walthamstow and needing a break from WFH!

I was very kindly allowed to use the venue for a photoshoot for my brand Voyager.London. Staff were unbelievably kind. Elena arranged everything so it was extremely smooth and MD Alexis, came in on a Sunday to allow us access and assist. When we ran over the agreed time, Alexis was super flexible and allowed us to continue so that we were able to get all the shots we needed.
Hand sanitiser, masks and gloves all provided (even though we had brought our own), felt very safe and cleaners had been in that morning for a deep clean across the entire venue.
As an office space it is really perfect and very spacious with toilet/shower and kitchen facilities on both levels.
