Jerry came out to look at a basement bathroom and utility project. He was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. We scheduled our project and he showed up with his crew. Concrete Polishing takes many steps, so it takes several trips. The end results, in my opinion were spectacular. Now we want to do the whole basement!

We had a basement floor that had many many coats of paint. We weren’t even sure what would be under that paint. Jerry worked with us, gave us the facts, and we crossed our fingers and hoped the reveal would at least be something we could work with. Jerry and his colleague, Lee, ground the entire floor by hand! That revealed so much history and character in the floor. Like Jerry said, every stain, divot, and color was part of the story. It came out so much better than we expected! Jerry listens to you and doesn’t make promises he cant keep, because you just don’t know what you have until it’s uncovered. We were going to grind and then acid wash this floor or at the very least, paint it again. I am so glad we found Jerry! What we got was so much more interesting. Thanks Jerry and Lee!

Jerry and his team did an amazing job for our neighborhood. Our pool house bathrooms needed new floors and we were on a short time line for them to be fixed. I reached out to Creative Coatings of Nashville on Friday and Jerry met me next day to measure the facilities and provide the quote. He educated us on the floor options and what would be an ultimate solution for the pool bathroom floors. He suggested the floor color that worked perfectly with the new wall paint. After the budget was approved Jerry started the work on time and completed it before our pool season opening. During the project, he continuously provided updates with pictures. We were able to visit the sight any time we needed and Jerry and his team were always very pleasant and professional. The floors turned out amazingly. At the end of the project, Jerry made sure everything was cleaned and presentable to open the facilities. He went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated. The whole neighborhood is enjoying the pool facilities now and they look as new. I would recommend Jerry and his team to anyone. Even the invoice we received was very detailed with pictures and all the improvements listed. The level of professionalism is incredible.

Since this is a unique scope of work you may not be able to find a vendor ‘word of mouth’ like I was. If thats the case, consider this your recommendation. Immediately after the tornado hit Madison Jerry was reaching out to see if anyone needed assistance, we were without power and he brought over one of his work generators, gas, electric cords and he even set it up for absolutely no charge, he refused any compensation period. They made large samples with several texture options so I could get a better idea of the product before it was applied. They were timely and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
