Went into this store for my husband's bike repair and to look at mountain bikes for myself. None of the several salesmen approached me to help until my husband was by my side despite me looking at the bikes myself. The salesman then avoided my questions about specific bikes and pushed a different brand than I was asking about. When I asked about what to look for in terms of sizing, he said it's "just how you feel" and wouldn't give any more information. He proceeded to talk over me to my husband the whole time. At the end, he said he would take my husband's email and send a quote since he already provided his email. I started giving my own information, and he talked over me, requesting my husband's information rather than just typing my email in. As a woman, the outdoor industry can already be unwelcoming and challenging to be treated as equal, but I left this visit frustrated, angry, and feeling diminished. We left and will take our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, we had already dropped off the repair. (I would give 0 stars, though it won't let me select none)

I took my bike in for some repairs and the team was able to get it fixed the same day.... and for less $$ than was quoted. Great work. Thanks Cranky's for taking care of clients.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to move things around in their schedule so they could fit my bike in for some service while visiting on vacation. The work was done well and was much appreciated!
