I am shocked how many people work in bike stores in this city that have no clue about biking and have never been on a bike before.

Bought my bike and it came with a free service. Bike stopped shifting gears and contacted crankys. Two weeks to get in for service. Explained bike was super important as it is my way to work and back. Couldn't help me for two weeks. Took bike to a different local bike shop and they had it fixed in 3 minutes, simply tightening of the cable . This family of 6 won't be buying from crankys anymore as the after service was not great at all. I prefer to do business, especially when your spending thousands on bikes with a shop that bends with circumstances and accommodates the customer.

I've purchased four e-bikes from Cranky's locations in the Edmonton Area. Cranky's Riverbend Square is closest to me so that is where I deal with bike-related matters. All of the team members I have met there have been helpful and courteous. They are knowledgeable and have assisted with product purchases, warranty issues and parts orders in an efficient and effective manner. Given my positive experiences with Cranky's Riverbend Square staff and management, I will continue to conduct business with this company.
