i was well pleased with my dealings with timber yard direct, they kept me informed about the schedule and delivery of the timber i had ordered, was also impressed with the price, and the delivery man was a top bloke, very friendly and helpful, i would highly recommend using timber yard direct,it will be my first call for all my timber in the future,,,, five stars
I have been using these folks for the past couple of years. The name may have changed but the staff have been brilliant.
From the office staff to the driver. The professional approach If they said they will deliver on a day its there. So, I'm not a trader but a DIY guy finishing of his property. I'm hoping after the name change, more trader's will buy from this company and keep them in business.
Placed an online order, rang a few days later to find no stock for a week. Found stock elsewhere locally as urgent (week off). Asked for refund but never received until a dispute with credit card filled 3 weeks on. Sadly not a lot good happened!

Hello, I refunded it straight away when I realised my mistake, it was a genuine mistake on my part. I emailed you holding my hands up and apologising about my mistake when I saw the dispute. It was an honest mistake on my part and I am very sorry.

Hi Team, placed a large order, which originally was to be delivered 4 days later, however the next day, received a message saying the truck had broken down, later that day, Coventry timber called, saying we need longer, because you require wood to be cut, I phone up 5 days later, to ask about my order progress and was told waiting for plywood delivery, but would get the delivery the coming Monday, I waited in all day Monday and unfortunately no delivery. I called up Tuesday to chase my order and was told the saw mill was broken. Cutting it myself. Totally disorganised, with lack of communication; please improve, so I can give 5 stars next time. HOWEVER, the delivery did come Tuesday where the fence/wood is of good quality, they also gave extra material/wood to compensate me for my trouble. Happy with that.

Waste of time. Ordered timber told it was going to be delivered on certain date. Then rang to chase to be told no stock. Don't bother with this company. Terrible customer service
