This is the second appointment where they have not turned up, meaning I have lost money through not being able to work. Not only this, there have been many appointments through the housing association, where they have done not much at all apart from bait. I was the one that found the actual cause, it shouldn't be the case, they are the specialists. This is through the housing association but I am the one experiencing the service. Maybe it's because they have the contract I'm not sure but I shouldn't be treated any differently from a normal customer.

Hi Matthew,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to read this, as it certainly doesn't sound like the experience we want anyone to have with us.

Whether an appointment is booked directly or through a housing association, every single customer receives the exact same punctuality, thorough investigation, and high level of care. We truly want to get to the bottom of what has happened with your visits and make things right.

If you send us an email to service@countrywide-pestcontrol.com we'll be happy to assist. Take care, Countrywide Pest Control

Had to leave a one star purely down to the lack of customer service. Took ages to get a quote in. Then when I asked questions about the quote I never got the reply. Just some service centre telling me useless information. We can all wait and we can have delays. The case started on the 1st of August. It's now the 19th. Very poor. Hope you guys learn from this.

Great service. Both agents who visited our property were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Both seemed to genuinely care about resolving our pest problem. Only thing preventing a five star review was the small Initial problem with appointment booking, although communication after that was smooth. Would recommend.

Countrywide Pest Control did a fantastic job of dealing with a wasp nest at my home. The operator delt with the wasp nest so quickly and efficiently. He first explained everything about the procedure, both during and after the nest was treated, even putting out my food bin for me so I wouldn't have to come out while the wasps were active still. Excellent job.

We had a major contamination in our loft and really didn’t know what to expect from this service. Lewis & Tommie were exceptional professionals - calm; courteous; polite; respectful; and nice people. They endeavoured to be as clean as possible throughout the house and they both worked quickly and efficiently on both days. Lewis kept me informed all through the service so I understood what they were doing and why. Since the cleaning of my loft, I personally feel life in our house has greatly improved. It smells fresher and feels more positive inside our home. Thankyou Lewis & Tommie (Countrywide)
