Had to leave a one star purely down to the lack of customer service. Took ages to get a quote in. Then when I asked questions about the quote I never got the reply. Just some service centre telling me useless information. We can all wait and we can have delays. The case started on the 1st of August. It's now the 19th. Very poor. Hope you guys learn from this.

Great service. Both agents who visited our property were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Both seemed to genuinely care about resolving our pest problem. Only thing preventing a five star review was the small Initial problem with appointment booking, although communication after that was smooth. Would recommend.

Countrywide Pest Control did a fantastic job of dealing with a wasp nest at my home. The operator delt with the wasp nest so quickly and efficiently. He first explained everything about the procedure, both during and after the nest was treated, even putting out my food bin for me so I wouldn't have to come out while the wasps were active still. Excellent job.

We had a major contamination in our loft and really didn’t know what to expect from this service. Lewis & Tommie were exceptional professionals - calm; courteous; polite; respectful; and nice people. Tommy has another fan! Booking online went fine, Tommy turned up promptly within the allocated time slot I was given and although both the wasps nest and the hornets nest were very difficult to get to, he managed to get to them safely and carry out what he needed to do. I'm happy to recommend the company to anyone looking for a first class job at a competitive price.
