My client and I stopped by the showroom, and Seda was amazing, she patiently showed us all the options, offered valuable guidance, and helped us choose the perfect tiles. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire selection process smooth and stress-free.

First time buying tile, I went into the store and the two women working there made me feel unwelcome and bothersome. I looked around but felt too intimidated to approach them again to purchase anything.

I ordered the Ming Green Marble tiles from Country Floors, which were labeled as having slight variation (V2) on the website. However, the tiles I received had extreme color differences- far beyond what would be considered “slight.” The variation made the tiles completely unusable for my project. Unfortunately, customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to offer any resolution. Disappointed with both the product and the support.

After receiving the first batch of tiles, Country Floors acknowledged that the variation exceeded the typical range and offered to replace only a portion of them. Unfortunately, this wasn’t sufficient to resolve the issue. To try and make the project work, we purchased an additional batch of tiles ourselves, but this second shipment had even more extreme variation (shown in the second photo) and was unusable.
The complimentary replacement tiles that were promised were not part of that second shipment. Instead, they arrived after 20 days, without notice, and well after our project timeline. At that point, they were useless.
Ultimately, we had to turn to another vendor as the second batch was not a viable solution. The lack of consistent quality and communication made it impossible to proceed with Country Floors.

So sorry that you were unhappy with the selection especially after the amount of time we spent together … It was unfortunate that you received some material that was out of the typical variation. However, we came to an agreement that we would provide replacement for the undesirable pieces, at no charge, to complete your project.

From reading these reviews it sounds like you have to get the correct sales person. Maria is the worst and has left me hanging on a project for weeks now. Half the order was not correct, had to reach out to someone else to correct and still waiting. Will update review once resolved and provide photos. Calacutta verde would not purchase again at this point
Working with Rachel at Country Floors was the best part of our renovation process. She was incredibly patient and helped me navigate a sea of choices to find just the right tile for our home. We had several rooms to design, and everything turned out perfectly. We get so many compliments. It took me many visits to the showroom and months of decision making, and Rachel took the time with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Now, I'm in a pinch with a small repair, and she is helping me again! Exceptional customer service.
Hi, can I get a response… my contractor installed the hexagon terracotta tiles and painters taped them to walk on them. The tape was removed and apparently it removed the finish, we can see a line down the room where the tape was. Is there a recommendation to repair this? Or do I need to have them removed and replaced? There is very little information on your site. Please help!
Rude, condescending customer facing experience. Not willing to offer help to potential customer asking for advice, all the while shaming customer for not having knowledge about tiles. Shocked about positive feedbacks here. Maybe a bad day, but live with fact that one lousy attitude towards customer will lead to perpetuated bad feedback.
