No consideration for the customers time. Only talk . Unprofessional. I reached 5 mins before my appointment. I had told them what I needed done. After 50 min wait they told me they will apply numbing cream so I can wait another 45 mins. God knows if the doctor was even on the premises. Different people just kept pretending to take history to fill time.

I got Hair Transplant done from Cosmetique.I had an issue with my receding hairline. I went there for my skin condition related to hair. My condition did not improved nor it got worsened so my experience was just okay. I am an arthritis patient so it was difficult for me to wait for so long for my turn.

I scheduled my appointment for 2:45AM three days in advance. I show up at 2:30 (hate that I’m more than just punctual). Waited for more than an hour. Took my refund and left. I had read rave reviews about this place and it was highly recommended by many people in my circle. But their service is absolutely jack. Would not recommend anyone to visit. Wouldn’t really dwell too much on their post procedure customer service when their in-house service isn’t in order. Say no to cosmetique!

In our consult he visually showed me the results to expect by taking my photo and digitally altering it on the computer. He personally calls all his patients the night after surgery. He is professional and conservative. I'm very happy that I do not look like I had work done. He was able to make me look like the best version of myself. He is always punctual, and his staff is amazing. It is so refreshing to be in an office where you feel like everyone really cares. I look forward to my visits there and the atmosphere they create as a team. Dr. Azim lived up to his reputable skill set and far exceeded my expectations. It is no surprise that people travel from all over the world for his expertise. I will definitely be returning for future aesthetic needs. Thank you Dr. Azim!

Don’t come here and give your money to any place better. They give you an appointment and when you reach they tell you it’s a “waiting appointment”. Why give an appointment in the first place then? I had to wait 1 hour after reaching at my time. That too after asking repeatedly how long it will be. First the guy simply took us to another waiting room, and then he vanished after we asked if the doctor is free. Someone else seated us in another room to get our history and left us again. We had to go out to the hallway ourselves to check if anyone is even coming. Doctor finally came and asked me all the history questions again which were noted previously. What even? If you are okay with waiting needlessly after paying exorbitant amounts, go right ahead Edit to add after reading response: “Someone else does something wrong so it’s probably okay if I do something wrong to you as well” LOL. Also, an appointment usually means an appointment. If you have a weird system of “executive” and “waiting” appointments, mention it when someone is making one, although it is beyond me why someone would make an appointment to wait.

I want to thank Dr Amna and Dr Myra for guiding me properly about which treatment is best for me according to my scarring I have done 3 sessions of  Co2 lasers here plus fillers for scars and I am really happy with the results. I want to suggest that those who are suffering from cystic acne scars should definitely come here at Cosmetique for their problems and concerns. 🙂

Very unprofessional, unethical and misleading. Booked an appointment to enquire about treatment charges. To get to that stage they booked me in, then asked for Rs 2500 on the reception and after being seen by an associate, was told that Dr who will tell me the packages has left. I had an appointment with the Dr in question in the first place. I was given the option to rebook and come back or wait for the next Dr. I opted to wait and after waiting almost 1 and a half hour was told that I will now have to pay Rs 4000 to see the doctor who will go through which procedures are on offer and the cost. Despite my protest highlighting I am interested in finding out the procedures on offer with the cost and not getting treatment, no one told me there will be consultation charges and ontop I was made to wait over an hour. The associate was adamant I have to pay to see the Dr. Highly misleading and unethical practice which is utterly unacceptable.I walked out and refused to play into their pressure tactics and malpractices. I went there because of all the 5* reviews however this is likely to be another con by this institute who are likely to be paying or insentivising people to leave positive reviews. Avoid this unethical institute at all cost

Wanted to leave a review after being a patient here and having my family have treatments. I have had the pleasure of being served by Sabiha who has been an absolute star. She has checked in pre and post any procedure which makes a huge change from other places in Pakistan. They have looked after my entire family and ensured that they have educated us on processes and broken down any issues that we had. I would like to genuinely say thank you to the entire team!
